Perfect!

A villa that is an example of a holiday home, amazingly designed, clean and spacious and the hosts above all. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect. A secluded and perfect beach within walking distance, a large and luxurious pool. we will be back..

Exceptional

The Villa is magnificent, a lot of outdoor spaces and the pool is huge. Everything is new and in great condition. Besides the great amenities Andreas' hospitality was awesome. Not only was the fridge full on arrival he also came by with local treats during our stay and had great tips for us what to visit, where to go out for dinner etc.

Nothing. It’s worth noting that you need a car to get around, as the house is 20 minutes drive from the biggest nearby town.

50th Birthday Stay

Great size and superbly modern and Olga/Andreas could not do enough for us - great help from start to finish.

For us a bit far from town so taxis crucial as no bus we could suss. Pool, though heated, was too cold for much use sadly - perhaps a time of year thing.

Perfect place for a birthday trip with friends

Everything was great ! The villa is super cute, all equipments are available, everybody had his space, the pool, the barbecue was fire ! And very adorable hosts, the made us very confortable ! In addition, the beaches around are beautiful !

All the beds are not this confortable. Mine was but one of my friend had a back pain and very windy place but nice anyway :)

Our family of 5 spent 11 nights at Villa Filloxenia this july. It was a wonderful stay. By far the best villa we stayed

The owners thought about everything (from a full fridge on our arrival, all necessary equipment etc.) making our stay very relaxing

Incredible stay, cannot wait to stay again!!

Had such a great time and the hosts were incredible. They took the time to show us around and made sure we were happy with everything. The villa was of the highest standards, well looked after and thoroughly cleaned throughout - you could tell it was highly cared for. We felt very relaxed in the villa and all amenities were thought of. The welcome package was a lovely touch. Having something to snack on when arriving late in the evening, we were very grateful! The hosts were amazing, giving lots of care and attention to the property and us, great recommendations were given on where to go and what to do, as well as some fantastic baked treats sent our way! I highly recommend staying here!

There isn't anything we didn't like - we loved staying there!

Lovely villa, not quite beach front thiugh

Look, I’ve always given honest reviews because that is what I like to think everyone else does. The villa is stunning, everything you need is there, it was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. However to say it is beachfront is a bit misleading, there is a busy road right outside and the previous access to the beach has been blocked. The owners of the villa have been in a legal dispute about this for two years. Access to the beach now is to climb over another closed up property which we were not comfortable doing. A car is an absolute must, there are no shops nearby and the nearest taverna is a good 15 minute walk away along the busy road.

The owner, who is friendly and a nice chap, called round unannounced 3 times, once to collect our passport details and twice because there was an issue with the air con in one room but we had been very clear that this didn’t bother us - 4 bedrooms and just two people, it really didn’t matter, but the lack of privacy did. We like to sunbathe nude which is why we hired a private villa. I just wish we had been notified prior to these visits so we could arrange a time when we weren’t sunbathing and at least get dressed!

Friendly host

Wifi, all the necessary amenities, exceptional aircon, hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home! We could not have asked for anything better.

Wind - but nothing to be done about that. No beach access and not as close to the beach as it appears on the photos.
