Gute Lage, der Rest mangelhaft

Der einzige Pluspunkt für die Unterkunft ist die Lage. Da wir die Hotelanlage für einen Partyurlaub gebucht haben, kann man hier sehr zufrieden sein. Weniger als 10min zum Megapark und Restaurants wie Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen. Es war zu jeder Zeit extrem laut, waren es die Putzfrauen die um 06:00 morgens die Zimmer reinigen und Möbel verschieben, als auch die mangelhafte Schallisolierung. Man hat alles im Flur/Nebenzimmer gehört und jeder kennt die Partymeute…da hört man alle Schreie/Gesänge. Zu guter letzt, waren die Mitarbeiter dermaßen unfreundlich und teilweise frech! Wirklich sehr enttäuschend..wir waren zum letzten Mal in 2018 dort, da war noch einiges besser!

Piacevole soggiorno - Ottima struttura

Piacevole upgrade in camera con vista mare e inatteso early check-in che ha reso l'inizio del soggiorno molto più confortevole. Piscina all'esterno molto ampia e piscina all'interno piacevole e accogliente. Cordialità di alcuni membri dello staff della reception, come Lut che ha reso il check-in un'esperienza davvero fantastica. Ottima colazione buffet ricca di ogni varietà, lo stesso per la cena con diverse proposte ogni sera. Cordiale staff al ristorante sempre molto sorridenti.

Lo staff alla reception di sera non era molto disponibile, mi è sembrato quasi di disturbarli e le risposte non erano così cortesi come quelle ricevute da parte di altri componenti della reception o dello staff del ristorante. Sauna fuori servizio.

Durchschnittl. 4-Sterne-Standart, bis auf das Frühstücksbuffet ohne besondere Highlights.

Zimmer ansprechend, sehr gut funktionierende Dusche und ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Der Fitnessraum war nur umständlich durch die Bar zu erreichen, teilw. alte und auch bereits angerostete Geräte. Umständliche Anforderung von Pflegeprodukten und teilweise Reinigung des Zimmers ohne besondere Sorgfalt.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das auch von TUI angebotene Hotel liegt etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Playa de Palma entfernt. Demzufolge sprachen die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption durchgehend perfekt Deutsch. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Eingangsbereich ist ansprechend gestaltet und verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Sitzgelegenheiten und mehreren Spieltischen. Unser Zimmer im 6. Stock war angemessen groß, hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett entpuppte sich als zwei aneinander geschobene Einzelbetten. Der Balkon war mit zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war gut aufgeteilt und hatte eine großzügige ebenerdige Dusche. Der Zimmerservice kam täglich, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig, durch die Größe des Essraums musste man sich bei den verteilten, verschiedenen Angebotsständen erst einmal zurechtfinden. Am Sonntag wird Sekt und Lachs angeboten. Das Abendessen bietet mit 18€ ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, die Gerichte waren allerdings oftmals leider nur lauwarm. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist relativ klein, es kann auch der Platz des benachbarten Partnerhotels genutzt werden. Wir haben aber immer einen Straßenparkplatz (Anfang Februar) gefunden. Das Zentrum von Palma ist - auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - gut erreichbar. Die Nähe zum Flughafen war für uns ein entscheidendes Kriterium bei der Hotelwahl. Da wir früh abreisen mussten, wurde uns nach Absprache am Vortag eine halbe Stunde vor Öffnung des Frühstücksbereichs der Zutritt gewährt. Vielen Dank!

Durch die Größe des Hotels und die Lage nahe der Partymeile ist es leider nicht zu vermeiden, dass (angetrunkene?) Gäste nachts wenig Rücksicht nehmen bzw. lautstark ihren Streit austragen.

Amazing place with even better people working there.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and fun. Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Room was spacious, had everything you need and the beds were comfortable.

The Satellite TV seems to have mostly German TV channels. I could only find 2 in English.

Hotel tolerates alot young germans behaviour around the pool. Felt harrassed by male germans around the pool to get out. Lifeguard not intrested Beds very uncomfortable, hotel should invest in better pillows

The problem IS u can' t sleep. Too many drunk people inside The hotel... All night long... No rules No silence U pay to sleep but no chances. The hotel IS huge. Even in the spa no rules. No one Who controlls. People having a party in a spa... Drinking beer in a spa and making noise in a spa... Never seen such a shame. The direction should protect customer who came here to relax... The Price IS good but if u don t sleep... U r paying for nothing. I ASKED FOR CHANGE THE ROOM IN A AREA WHERE THERE WAS NON DRUNK PEOPLE... NO WAY... A NIGHTMARE. AS REGARD FOOD 30% WAS GOOD... 70% WAS LOW QUALITY... GYM IS NOT A GYM STUFF : SOME IS REALLY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL SOME OTHER IS RUDE TIRED UNHAPPY WITH HIS JOB AND U CAN FEEL IT
