Nettes und gut angebundenes Hotel, Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung

Toller Essbereich, sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, das allerdings beim Frühstück selten anzutreffen war. Die Auswahl für das Abendessen in der Halbpension ist abwechslungsreich und das Essen gut. Der Saunabereich und vor allem der Ruheraum sind toll. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge mit dem Bus (mit Gästekarte kostenlos) oder auch dem Auto sehr gut.

Es wird deutlich, dass das Hotel derzeit im Umbruch ist, da einige Bereiche neu und geschmackvoll sind, andere doch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (insb. Bad mit Duschwanne und schwankender Wassertemperatur). Das Hotel liegt nah an der Straße, dementsprechend auch die Geräuschkulisse, wobei sich dies in Grenzen hält. Der Pool war uns leider viel zu kalt, leider gibt es nur zwei Duschen und keinen ansprechenden Außenbereich. Insgesamt haben wir in derselben Preiskategorie schon abwechslungsreichere und größere Wellnessbereiche und besseres Essen gehabt. Ich persönlich habe das Bett als eher unbequem empfunden, vor allem die Kissen waren viel zu dünn und zu weich. Für den Preis war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung, hier und da hätte ich aber mehr erwartet.

Schöne gepflegt Anlage mit tollem Wellnessbereich. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Ein rundum Wohlfühl-Verwöhn Urlaub.

Zimmergrösse, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Saunalandschaft, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon, fussläufig Berchtesgaden Zentrum erreichbar,

Badezimmer war sehr klein, Toilettenpapier dürfte das günstigste gewesen sein, Schade dass der Außenbereich der Sauna so winzig war und nur zwei eher unbequeme Sessel standen.

Das Essen Menü war vorzüglich und das Zimmer sauber mit Bergblick. Wir haben die historische Altstadt zu Fuß besichtigt, sehr schön.

A hotel with traditional Bavarian charm and modern spa facilities.

Gorgeous spa area with lots of types of saunas. Delicious breakfast with an option to order an omelette. Room facing a hillside meant a lot of privacy, a view to nature, and no light pollution. Strong WiFi was a plus, as I was in the area for work.

The spa area closed at 8pm. Because I arrived late, I would have liked to be able to use it longer.

wonderfully relaxing and restorative alpine stay

Everything was very comfortable and clean. It also has a great restaurant onsite for the include breakfast and also for dinner. The staff was attentive and welcoming! Beautiful view from our balcony

perfect choice

Cleanliness, facilities, staff, breakfast was perfect and the location is very close to the main station which has all the bus connections you will need to visit the attractions.

No air conditioner or a fan but to be fair I visited during a very hot weather.

Fantastic Spa Hotel

Stayed for 4 nights, room was modern and comfortable with a great shower. The hotel had a swimming pool and spa with a massage service available. The location was also good and only 10 mins walk from central. The breakfast was also of a great standard with lots of choice. The staff were excellent and could not do enough to help, especially Andrea

Excellent stay overall would definitely stay here again if they have availability on our dates.

Excellent breakfast and nice food in the restaurant for evening meals. The lady at reception gave us free travel passes for bus service so we could visit the nearby lake. Good views of the mountain range from balcony. Also stayed in several other hotels and this was the only one that had a kettle and teas and coffee in the room so big thumbs up for that.

No negatives but rooms were a little dated for a 4* but that is me being picky.
