Great location and great breakfast

Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel staff who were serving can be little friendly and should be able to answer the questions in a good manner. Vegetarians and non veg were not differentiated properly

Milý personál vo všetkom vám radi pomôžu, oplatí si tam na recepcii kúpiť lístok 72 hodinový na mestskú dopravu, môžete potom rýchlo dostať do mesta s električkou.. Raňajky super, čisté praktické ubytovanie ochota zo strany personálu. Parkovanie oproti asi 50 m rezervácia nutná, bezproblémová😌😌

마지막날 숙소로서 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다.

가격이 나쁘지 않았고, 에어컨이 있는데다 조식도 있다는 점이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 아침도 든든히 먹을 수 있었고, 직원분들도 친절했으며, 침대도 편안하여 매우 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 간다면 여기를 이용하고 싶고, 다른 사람들에게도 추천해주고 싶습니다.

공항까지 픽업서비스가 있었는데, 아쉽게도 비용이 너무 비싸서 이용하지 못했습니다. 금액이 약간 낮았다면 더 좋았을 것 같네요:)

Сніданок був смачний, великий асортимент їжі та напоїв!Персонал вічливий!!!

В описі сказано що є паркінг,але коли приїхали-паркінгу не має(((( Оплата за паркінг в іншому місці коштує 16-20₴

Städtetrip nach Prag

Ich und mein Partner haben das Hotel spontan für einen Kurztrip nach Prag gebucht. Nach einem langen Tag zu Fuß konnten wir super schlafen in den Betten. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. In der Nähe des Hotels ist eine Tramhaltestelle und man ist schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder in der Altstadt. Ich würde wieder kommen. Absolut zu empfehlen für einen Städtetrip.

Da gibt es nichts.

Receptionist was formal and helpful and the breakfast was alright. The city center is easily reachable with the trams.

My heater wasn't working the first two days... but it eventually got fixed but the rooms were not that warm.

One night, it was not bad

The staff. Friendly, yet professional and helpful.

The parking garage for 20€ a night was not worth it. The garage is narrow and small, however the staff is very helpful there too!

A solid three star hotel with very good price/quality ratio. Very kind and friendly staff.

The staff was kind enough to serve a breakfast half an hour earlier than official hours (due to my early morning train). A room small, but comfortable, an electric kettle and a small fridge - very useful. Brand new and spotless clean bath. All in all - to recommend.

It was ok at the moment, but I wouldn't t stay here again

It was ok if your expectations were very low. I wouldn't give it 3 stars. 2 maximum..

No view at all. Very noisy. Breakfast minimal and nothing to choose from. We were 3 people staying and when we asked for a 2nd key for the room we were demanded to pay a security deposit of 20 euro. What is the purpose of the deposit? We will run away with the key???

Staff is very friendly and really helpful. You can buy tickets or exchange directly from them. Breakfast is also nice. So we enjoyed the stay.

The bathroom has no shampoo and generally the condition in bathroom is not so good

Happy traveller

The room was spacious,clean and quiet. I loved the simple remote control. The kettle was very handy and fridge too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and good humoured. The breakfast is not an English breakfast but there was ample choices instead. Tram is on the door step. Number 5 or 9 will get you to the centre .. 4 stops

If I were to be petty the foot bin pedal didn't work.. the only fault I could find

great hotel, I would stay again

the location is very convenient, the tram is just outside, zizkov is a great neighborhood and not too far from the center if you want to walk. the room was very spacious, clean and quiet.

there was a kettle and mugs but no coffee or tea. if I had been informed I would have brought my own
