Città splendida. Hotel in ottima posizione, datato ma pulito e ben curato

La posizione centralissima. La posizione sulla piazza dell’antica Università con un bel giardino molto verde e le cicogne affaccendate a sistemare i nidi! Hotel datato ma con un certo fascino. Camera grande. Colazione accettabile ma migliorabile sicuramente

La ubicación

El mobiliario interior del hotel y habitaciones necesita ser cambiado por su deterioro, estuvimos una noche y durante la misma hubo bastante ruido ocasionado por otros huéspedes.

Uma opção em Alcalá de Henares

O local onde está situado o hotel é excelente, no centro da parte histórica (casco histórico), perto de restaurantes, cafés e muitos pontos de interesse. A cama é confortável. No café da manhã, há frutas frescas, opções de pães.

O quarto em que fiquei não tinha boa iluminação: não havia iluminação de teto, as luzes não se acendem automaticamente e a janela era pequena. De modo que, à noite, era difícil encontrar as luzes. No café da manhã, não localizei muitas opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares.

Está un poco envejeciendo puertas que se ve lo que pasa dentro desde el pasillo bañera silicona ennegrecida ni un peine ni un cepillo de dientes y sobre todo no se con qué producto usan en la lavandería que las sabana parecen una lija

Authentic atmosphere

Situated in the heart of the city, just next to the University and at walking distance from all places of interest. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. Very nice and helpful employees. It is an old building and they have kept the atmosphere when refurbishing.

A great hotel with nice rooms, pretty decorations and sometimes great view. A perfect location to go downtown and visit Alcala. Restaurants are nearby, plaza Cervantes and University are around... great personnel.

Comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff, large room, very good value for money

The bathroom needs some refurbishment: low water pressure from the shower and the head shower was partly obstructed by limescale. The choice for breakfast is limited. The hotel can be noisy at night (noise from the street or from other hotel guests talking loud in the corridors)

The breakfast was excellent, just what we wanted coming from Ireland 🙂

There was just one problem, we had no hot water for a shower one morning ,but it was OK in the afternoon

Very good hotel in the heart of a wonderful city

The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at the reception as well as the people serving breakfast. My wife speaks Spanish but my knowledge of Spanish is pretty limited. Nevertheless, the lady in the breakfast room was so nice to help me out in English. Much appreciated! The hotel is located in the center of the city so all you need to see is within walking distance.

The bath room is somehow outdated and requires a make-over. However, the bath room is clean and everything needed is available.
