Heaven on earth.

Absolutely gorgeous retreat where we rested, relaxed, and recovered after trekking for weeks. Food was so so so good, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! Also dont be surprised if you fall in love with the animals he rescues! Can’t praise this place enough, for real, stay here if you can!

The most beautiful resort by Begnas Lake. Spectacular views, very clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. Free transfer from the airport. The pets in the resort are super cute. The owner is a friendly chap, comes out and speaks to guests. Homely warm feeling during our entire stay. The breakfast idli was mind blowing.

The perfect Escape

Pawan and the hotel staff were fantastic. From the great conversations we had, to the formidable views of the Annapurna mountain range we had form our balcony, to say that this hotel was great, would be an understatement. It has been an absolut pleasure to stay 2 nights at The Begnas Lake Resort & Villas. I can highly recommend this hotel for people looking to escape the noise an ectic pace life can throw at you. This hotle is the perfect place to recharge your betteries. The infrastruces and amanities where all impecable and made our stay a real treat. I will come back surely!

Wonderful stay

This property is amazing - the setting is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are lovely and clean with a great view. It’s very remote, which is exactly what we wanted - to escape the city life. The staff are all wonderful - so friendly and helpful. Didn’t have one bad meal at the restaurant - fantastic food.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I understand they need to rely on what’s available as receiving supplies are probably a bit tricky. Didn’t affect our stay though - minor detail.

Overall really love this place!

Loved the rooms and the lake views. I also loved the restaurant and the taxi driver who came to pick me up. He was so kind and constantly made sure my stay was good!

The ac and electrical issues. The AC leaked a lot in my room- not sure why that was. The power also was out when I first arrived. It was annoying to deal with after a long day of travel

Superb

Great location for a relaxing holiday. We stayed for 6 days with a group of family and friends, had four rooms next to each other, with balcony/view to the lake. Swimming in the lake is wonderful, the kids in our group especially enjoyed the pool. Great massages. Good food. Very friendly personnel. Hiking and mountain biking possible directly from the hotel.

No view on the Himalaya during our stay (March) - but that has nothing to do with the hotel Short power failures every day, also affecting the WiFi connection.

Superb

The location of the hotel is beyond beautiful! I wanted a break from Kathmandu and just re-charge my batteries for couple of days and Begnas lake was what I needed. The hotel is right by the lake at a quiet spot. I did some yoga, had walks and amazing massages at the spa. It was a quiet off season time and everybody at the hotel was friendly and helpful and really made me enjoy my stay. The room was spacious and clean.

great place for relaxation

within a half hour drive from Pokhara you'll find this resort which is soooo luxurious the room are beautiful, the nature around, the lake with the Himalayas reflecting on them and to top it all food is incredible

while having complementary breakfast, there is no place for additional charge on cappuccino
