Great home away from home for grandparents (downstairs master) and childrdn with grandchildren (upstairs)

A safe and spacious private retreat yet Centrally located for all activities from airport to beach, markets, restaurants and excursions. Plusses and minuses will vary on family preference, but for the value we had no complaints. Thank-you Chefy for your hospitality!

Very noisy street noise, disco music and street lights: we had to get sleep masks and ear plugs to sleep. It does quit by 11 or midnight.

Home away from home

The house was very nice and comfortable. Very large and was able to fit everyone comfortable. I love how it has the master bedroom downstairs and the other bed rooms upstairs for the kids. The kitchen even had some spices I had left some of my own for the other family.

I'm not sure if it because of the salt in the air but everything that was metal look aged.

Great location, the house had so much personality and was very roomy.

It was definitely older but that wasn’t a problem.

Should have been better

Huge house. Great easy beach access. Easy checkin and arrival. Good to have connected us to a local organiser.

No house keeping - meant after five days bins were overflowing especially in toilets. If you’re not providing house keeping at least give spare bin bags and tell us where to put rubbish. No drinking water provided - just empty bottles. No response from host on where we could get them refilled.

Perfect stay, perfect location!

This place had all the amenities necessary. And the location is perfectly centered and in walking distance of every nice restaurant, bar and excursion.

The water pressure in the upstairs shower was weak, but it got the job done. No complaints.

It was very well located. Access to lots of bars, restaurants, excursions. Everyone in town in San Pedro is super friendly.

liked pretty much everything the house could use a good deep cleaning. DO NOT get me wrong this place is clean im just picky about some things. example chairs could be cleaned. I still highly recommend this place! I know I will be back!

Good value for location and holiday week. Nice to have washer/dryer and supply of filtered water.

Beds were just okay. Could use a few basics ie wast baskets, a couple of small patio tables, and kitchen utensils/dishes.

Everything we wanted, and more!

Chefy had us picked up from the airport. He was very responsive via email and the house was great. Clean and in a wonderful location, right in the center of downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!!
