Not a good experience

The staff was very kind and caring. The room was clean. The location is very good.

The air-conditioning system was old, noisy and not effective - we felt uncomfortably hot on a summer night... The next room guests made the (drywall) wall shake now and then, directly into the headboard of our bed...

Good

Nobody at the reception desk speaks English or any other international language. It was hard to get along. Some receptionists were nice and tried to understand what I want from them, but some didn't put in the effort. The internet is poor. The street is busy and noisy even during the night. Ohh, and if you are into a more critical approach, then the staff hierarchy is clearly racist. Other than that, the facilities and conditions are standard.

Well located in the city.

They had no internet connection for the whole stay and did not tell me until I had checked in and noticed it by myself. I was traveling on business and I needed it to work from the hotel room. No need to say it cost me a lot more to buy internet from a third party.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Bathroom so small you cannot close the door without squeezing yourself against the wall. Cleaning was the best also.
