Horripilante odiei isso é estelionato

Hotel velho acabado tudo podre e fedido, funcionário arrogante, quarto cheio de pulgas e chatos, cheirava pior que o rio Tietê, não tive coragem de tomar banho, piscina destruída não existe, tudo mentira as fotos fujammmmm

Excelente localização.

A localização é excelente pois tem serviços, restaurantes e cafeterias nas proximidades. O local também tem a disponibilidade de diversos modais de transporte público para acessar o centro da cidade e outros bairros. O ambiente é agradável e o café da manhã é bastante diversificado. O hotel tem anexo estacionamento com preço justo.

Na identificação do hotel estava indicado que o mesmo dispunha de piscina e área de lazer, no entanto, no momento da reserva não havia qualquer indicação de que tais serviços estavam indisponíveis por motivo de reforma. Além disso a parte de atendimento ao quarto deixou a desejar pois era bastante demorada quando solicitada.

Ótima localização, ambiente do quarto bem agradável e cama muito boa.

Se querem manter a qualidade está na hora de iniciar uma reforma no quarto ; banheiro e renovar os móveis tirando uma aparência de rústica.

Hotel muito antigo, banheiro espaçoso mas muito antigo, restaurante muito antigo tbm. Não gostei, precisa de uma reforma em todo o prédio.

Awesome place, large and comfortable rooms, the staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast space was a little crowded but very well served.

Not many vegetarian options in the restaurant menu and the wifi wasn’t working properly. Other than that, the place is top notch.

Breakfast started early in the morning and was well prepared

It is a very old hotel and the equipment is very old, too, but clean. Hotel personal is not very good in Englisch and not willing to support for additinal questions or booking.

Very good value price for what you get. Location is central and breakfast is excellent + clean rooms

Breakfast was amazing - indeed the best part of this hotel was the variety and the quality that was presented at breakfast - homade things, they display it nicely and the taste was excellent. Staff was responsive and the manager was available in all times we we needed to settle some things.

The balcony was nice and it’s in a great and safe neighborhood

The bed sheets were rough and there was no comforter or mattress protector.

Descent stay but would not return.

Good location and spacious suits that could accommodate our family of 5.

Old hotel and not well kept. The rooms had visible mold on the walls/ ac unit. Bathrooms had mold. It is definitely in need of a renovation.
