Não houve estadia, só perda de dinheiro e tempo.

Perdi meu dinheiro. O Estacionamento era de dois subsolos, meu carro SUV grande, só caberia com muito sacrifício e risco de dano no primeiro subsolo. Não havia vaga no primeiro subsolo, apaser de haver avisado antecipadamente com a reserva e pedido reserva de vaga nesse piso, pois já conhecia o fato. No segundo subsolo seria impossível descer o carro de marcha ré (único meio possível de estacionar) como queriam (pois a largura do carro não passava no corredor) e não havia espaço de manobras. Justificaram que o estacionamento era segurado e os manobristas "experts", além do que qualquer dano seria ressarcido. Ora, quem vai deixar seu bem ser danificado sendo evidente pelas leis da física que aconteceria???? Depois na resposta o Hotel justifica que o carro ficaria no primeiro subsolo onde quando cheguei de viagem internacional, cansado 3:0 horas da madrugada o manobrista já disse que não colocaria por falta de vagas?? Me recusei a me hospedar nessa situação e não me reembolsaram o valor que já havia pago da estadia antecipadamente. Péssimo local. Péssima atuação do Booking, que também lavou as mãos e me deixou nessa péssima situação de prejuízo total. Totalmente insatisfeito com o Hotel e o Booking.

Excelente custo-benefício

Boa localização, no início da Av Higienópolis. Staff atencioso, ambiente casual e informal. Quarto pequeno, com três camas de solteiro. Banheiro bom, simples, mas novo e limpo, boa ducha e amenities. Café da manhã ótimo - frutas, cereais(aveia, granola, castanha do pará, nozes, etc), bom café, bacon+ovos,etc. Excelente custo-benefício.

Atraso na limpeza, mas não comprometeu a estadia.

Bom hotel com um problema a resolver

Hotel reformado e muito bem localizado, em Higienópolis. Equipe gentil e atenciosa. Café da manhã caprichado. Quarto de bom tamanho e funcional. Elevadores eficientes que, apesar de serem apenas 2, atendem bem a demanda.

Há um problema no quarto: o cheiro desagradável do banheiro, que é persistente. Precisa ser enfrentado. Outro ponto, também no banheiro: não há ducha higiênica.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Great location.

Location was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay while exploring the city.

The variety for breakfast was quite limited, but the fresh juices and detox juices were fantastic.

Amazing team and unbelievable breakfast. Excellent location. It is my 3rd time here Highly recommended Luis and the rest of the staff are wonderful

Doors slamming in the corridor and noise from people shouting in the corridor kept waking me up is an excellent hotel but it was super challenging with the little noise isolation. Wifi kept disconnecting but not a big issue

wasn’t possible to lock my room door. Does not open from outside, but I would prefer lock. and the bed sheets was kind of stinky

The room was comfortable, clean and mostly quiet, the towels were great, staff was very helpful and breakfast was good too.

The beep from the lift had no business being that loud.
