Extraordinariamente surpreendente!

O UXUA é simplesmente incrível. Super bem-localizado, tem dois acessos: um pelo restaurante, no Quadrado, e outro por uma pequena rua sem saída em que fica a recepção do hotel. Desde a recepção até a despedida, foram impecáveis e nos acolheram com uma hospitalidade ímpar. Na chegada, como estávamos em lua-de-mel, fomos recebidos com um mimo muito especial do hotel, além de um afetuoso bilhete de boas-vindas do hotel. O concièrge, disponível por WhatsApp, prestava orientações sempre que necessário. As casas ficam em meio ao verde da mata nativa, todas muito bem isoladas entre si sem intervenção aparente para tanto, excetuadas as plantas e os ladrilhos que identificam as passagens comuns e os caminhos privados de cada acomodação. Nossa casa (Estúdio) ocupa o térreto e tem outra acima, mas isso não prejudicou nossa privacidade: foi difícil tomar conhecimento de que houvesse outros hóspedes no andar superior. Os ambientes são amplos e bem equipados. A decoração é rústica, mas de absoluta qualidade. A limpeza é fora de série, assim como são as amenidades disponíveis no banheiro - em nosso caso, externo ao quarto e junto ao verde exterior. A excepcional cama king size contava com dossel mosquiteiro, apesar de termos reparado poucos mosquitos mesmo à noite. Além da arrumação corriqueira dos quartos ao longo do dia, ao início de cada noite, a governança preparava o quarto: o dossel era aberto, as janelas e portas fechadas e o ar condicionado ligado. O café da manhã tinha pães e queijos feitos na casa, além de omeletes, tapiocas, bolos, sucos... Ah, servido defronte à magnífica piscina de ladrilhos de quartzo verde. Cabe mencionar o ótimo bar de praia, a cerca de 10min a pé do hotel, com sofás reservados e serviço impecável. Na despedida, como íamos à Praia do Espelho, recebemos do gerente Carlos, além de uma lembrança especial, orientações precisas sobre as melhores estradas a seguir e cuidados a tomar para não nos perdermos no caminho. Enfim, que hotel!

É difícil criticar o custo benefício, tendo em vista a extrema qualidade de tudo. Não provamos o restaurante no jantar, pois priorizamos outras opções de preço similar (elevado). Os lanches e petiscos eram bons, mas bastante caros, como é regra em Trancoso.

Beautiful experience!

We had an amazing experience at Uxua. The charm of the house, the staff, and the natural beauty of the town — allowed my husband and I be in touch with earth and the wonderful “baianos”.

Exceptional

Gorgeous and relaxing property, all of the staff was incredible, food was delicious, concierge helpful. It’s embedded in nature and helps you unwind. Another huge benefit is that you have access to their beach club to enjoy the beach in comfortable day beds with excellent service. Would love the return, this is a gem.
