Grand confort et tranquillité à 2 pas de la place de l’ajutamento

Un très gentil accueil dans cet hôtel bien placé, moderne et confortable. Il dispose d’un parking, d’un bar restaurant et d’une piscine sur le toit ce qui en fait un lieu d’exception en plein centre de Valencia.

La atencion del personal excelente, el barrio donde esta ubicado facil acceso al mercado y catedral de Valencia, rapido check in, rapido check out.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La situación, el personal super amable..se cena muy bien..el diseño y la decoración del hotel muy relajante...

En realidad todo estaba super bien..el desayuno estupendo y las chicas, encargadas de servirlo, super atentas y agradables..

We liked it! :)

Perfect location in the old town. Good parking facility. As a surprise, the windshield of all hotel guests' cars were cleaned in the garage. Great pool and bar on the rooftop.

Too cold airconditioning in the public areas.

Great location, nice hotel, unnecessary flaws.

Location of the hotel is brilliant.

Two things spoiled the experience a tiny bit: 1. the garage features 4 charging places for electric cars. None of which are functioning, so I could not charge my car. What an unnecessary waste. 2. While we spent almost all day outside, one day we were in the room refreshing for 10 min when the cleaning lady wanted to come - despite saying she’ll do it later, the room was not attended and taken care of.

Excellent hotel at a central location

Great location next to the central market. Comfortable rooms, great bed, excellent showers.

There is a playground in front than can be a bit noisy, better to book a hotelroom at the backside.

Loud, weren’t able to sleep, not a good value for the money

Extremely noisy facility (both the hotel and the street were extremely noisy) to the extent that we weren’t able to rest. The garage door below was very loud until late at night The elevator, even though it was not very close to the room was loud and used throughout the night Vacuum cleaner very early in the morning, around 7.00 am. Sewage smell in the bathroom, mentioned to the receptionist and when we came back she told us that all she could do was spray room perfume. Unacceptable unfortunately since our kid is with asthma. However, the following day it was all good- the drain was fixed. We complained about the terrible noise but they said they couldn’t do anything since there was no other room to accommodate the 3 of us (my husband, my 8 year old kid who sleeps in the same bed as us and I), even though we asked for the extra bed to be taken away since nobody was sleeping in it. We did pay for it (even though it was unused and taken away at our request) and had nothing to complain about the triple room policy. Any other quiet double would have been perfectly fine.
