The place has potential but overall was very bad

The private pool was drained because it was out of season The private garden and decorations as well as any boxes/chairs in the room were worn out and basically unusable The jacuzzi which was to be the highlight of the room was dirty and the jets spewed out dirt and small brown particals, and when we mentioned that to the receptionist he exploded that we dont know how to use it and that it has to be filled to the brim before trying to start the jets. This isn't my first time using a jacuzzi so that came as a shock. After listening to him and getting it cleaned up and filled up again to the fullest, we still got dirt and small particals in it without even using the jets. When we first started the water stream into the jacuzzi a smell of the sewers filled the room.

The room was excellent very comfy and clean. The Turkish breakfast in the morning was excellent, the reception was very helpful and it was close to the center so Palas boutique hotel is a great place to stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel near the old town

Wonderful boutique hotel near the old town. Walking distance to the Alacati old town and not far from Cesme town. Great breakfast provided. Nice and cozy place.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel was far enough from the main crowded street to be relaxing and also close enogh (5 minutes walking) to the main street with the restaurants and bars. The staff (john and diniz) were supper helpful and nice. I would definitely go back.

Everything was great! I will definitely come back! The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations in alacati which is 5 min walking distance. The breakfast was very generous and really good! We booked palas 1 the room is breathtaking, great attention to details and we had a private garden with a pool which made it even better!

Breakfast was ok.

The main issue with this accommodation is absolute absence of soundproofing. You hear every sound your neighbors make. Unfortunately, during our stay, we had very active neighbors and we barely got any sleep for these two nights. Another not very comfortable thing was absence of windows. We did have 2 doors, but staying on the ground floor, we didn't feel safe to leave them open. Another important aspect is that during our stay, there was no internet connection via WiFi in the property. We were told that that happened because of the wind, but the problem was not fixed at the time we stayed there (2 nights). Also, the place requires some basic renovations.
