Personal muy amable

El personal muy muy amable! Dispuesto a ayudarte siempre. Pese a que el idioma era distinto con traductor nos entendimos perfecto. Nos facilitaron duchas post check out ya que habíamos ido a la playa.

1. Die Lage, 5-8 Minuten Gehweg bis zum Zentrum 2. Service Personal sowohl der Inhaber, sehr nett und alle sehr hilfsbereit 3. Das Frühstück 4. Das Pool - direkt aus dem Zimmer ins Pool 5. Ausstattung, Klima etc. Top - alles hochwertig und hygienisch 6. Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW vorhanden

Die Matratzen waren leider nicht so sehr bequem, zu weich für mich

Çox mehriban işçi heyətinə malikdirlər və otelin rəhbəri gözəl insan idi, uşaqlar su hovuzunu xoşladılar. Otaq təmiz idi. Mərkəzə yaxın yerdə yerləşir.

The hotel is very close to the city center, 10 min walking distance. Very close to shops, restaurants anything you would need. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is amazing with several jams, pastes, pastries as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replaced daily. Kasim Bey, Ayse Hanim, Cemsit and the others are all so nice and they do anything you need to make you feel at home. Pool is a decent size surrounded by a lot of sun-beds as well as chairs&tables. So pleasant to sit around the pool and drink some Turkish coffee. We definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who visits Alacati and we will sure be back next year! Thank you for everything!!

Very good little hotel close to Old Town, run by an exceptionally friendly and attentive host. Excellent!

The hosts are on-site at all hours and very very helpful with anything you need and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They even picked us up (for free) when our flight and connection was very late on arrival! The breakfast is prepared daily and exceptional. The host provides a very competitive currency exchange service. What a great stay!

This is no fault of the property, but note the power sometimes goes out in Alacati for 1-2 hours. This means you might not have a/c on occasion. But e wasn’t a big problem for us as it happened in the very early morning.

it has a very friendly vibe staff act like we are family or friends the owner was so caring he even ride us to the terminal with his car free of charge even with no English language they act very caring the owner even changed our money in a very fare price breakfast was sooo good and they try to add something new every morning, room was cleaned every day the location is good it's a little far from the beach however it was close to the centre of the city it was in the middle so you can walk anywhere i would like to thanks them for their hospitality, altough some of Turkish people try to overcharge us for everything but staying here made a very good memory of Turkish people for us

everything was very good just one point, the room don't have a electrical kettle. some people like us who drink tea very often, electric kettle is essential!

Good choice when visiting Alacati

Warm welcome, very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, lots of choice. Very comfortable beds. Swimmingpool nice. Only 5 minutes walking to the old centre.

Amazing stay

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. I will definetly go back. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, it is family owned business. Breakfast was amazing, breakfast is included in the price. If you want anything later time they do have kitchen you can purchase drinks/toast etc. Or you're able to get your drinks snacks or food from outside and eat it there, the owner was very open to it. The rooms were clean, modern and updated. The water pressure was great, they have mini fridge in the rooms, the pictures online is exactly how everything looks and more. Alacati merkez was 5 minute walk from the boutique hotel, the ilica beach was about 8 minutes with the car. We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and we were able to use the pool anytime even at night.

An absolutely amazing place. Sparkling clean, so comfortable, so beautiful and so calm. Very close to centre with shops, windmills and restaurants. The most delicious breakfast and best host ever. Full 10 points (I would give more if I could :))

The manager was a very nice and super friendly person. He was always eager to help. We felt like guests and didn’t feel like customers at all. The breakfast is amazing and if you have a car, everything is nearby!

Fantastic stay!

Kasım and his crew were exceptional in their hospitality and eager to help in every way. The breakfast served in the garden was incredibly tasty and generous (not open buffet, served to the table) with vast range of local and traditional spreads, olives, cheeses and much more! The location is also very convenient, an easy walk to the windmills and shops/restaurants. All in all, a fantastic, comfortable stay....highly recommend it!

Not much to comment here...except perhaps water in the rooms would be have been good.

A Nice Tiny Place for a Short Stay in Alacati

What is so remarkable about this boutique hotel was its staff; the hotel manager was so kind and friendly though he couldn't connect with language (he could only talk Turkish) even once he dropped us near the lovely Saturday bazaar of Alacati in his car. The breakfast was astonishing, so you think to yourself; the whole breakfast menu is prepared for you. There were many plates of different cuisines and breakfast essentials for you. If you expect a very modern 5-star hotel, this place would not be a large hotel like what you have seen in metropolitan cities. It is a tiny but beautiful place to stay in Alacati for a few days. This hotel also had a lovely swimming pool in the backyard.

The only thing I can mention about this tiny boutique hotel is the cleanliness of the towels (some brown spots were found on them); also, the minibar was not entirely clean, though the room was a tiny clean area with good air conditioning. It was not as good as I expected.
