Gute und angenehme Wohnung in einem dubiosen Quartier

Der Vermieter "Emanuele" war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte ihn jederzeit erreichen und Fragen stellen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war okay und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ebenso. Positiv war auch die Lage, es hatte alles an Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe, was für eine Selbstversorgung nötig war.

Die Umgebung um das Gebäude der Wohnung hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es war laut, schmutzig, kaputte Strassen und dubiose Gestalten schlichen den ganzen Tag herum. Auch der Weg zum Strand war lang und kompliziert. Der Strand war überhaupt nicht sauber und Liegen oder Sonnenschirme nicht vorhanden. Der Pool auf dem Dach wäre grundsätzlich toll, aber die vier vorhandenen Liegen waren alle kaputt und Sonnenschirme gab es keine!

Everything you need is in the flat or around the flat. Nice balcony.

Very satisfied

Nice modern apartment in a central location. The public beach is 5 minutes walk away. On the doorstep there are some shopping, restaurants and bars. The facilities are very good, good cooking utensils, large rooms and a comfortable bed. You can sleep in well as it is on the quiet side of the building. Warm water is available. Up on the roof it even has a pool if you don't want to go to the sea.

Salt water is used for showering and washing up, which takes some getting used to and therefore the handles are somewhat "eaten up". Was the only thing that bothered us a bit, but was not a big deal.

Superb

Modern, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We also had a great host.

Salt water for bathing, but you get used to it. Wished the property had desalination and I would have rated it higher.
