Exceptional

We were with my family and really enjoyed it. Cleanliness 10 points. Quiet location, good wifi, comfortable kitchen, fridge. Recommended for anyone going to Plitvica Park to stay.

Not very clean

The room was very cheap but I could understand the reason. The stuff was ok, but when I needed them I couldn't find them, and they didn't answer the phone either.

The room was not very clean, one of the blanks had period spots on it. The shower had a lot of mold. They also had a cat at the property that looked sick, I felt sorry for it, they really should take it to a vet.

Great house with a spacious room that has everything you need: a small refrigerator, comfortable bed, air conditioning and shower, a cozy balcony with a table at which we had a nice evening dinner. Quiet, pleasant place, kind, responsive owners. We were met, told and shown everything. We had a great rest in the evening, gained energy for a walk around the Plitvice Lakes all the next day. It was a beautiful final chord in our trip to Croatia this year. Hope to come again.

Convenient and quiet location, good AC.

At time of stay bathroom smelled due to a sewer problem. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower.

The place was really nice, but the transport system in the zone is not really good, y recomend to rent a car because everything is far from the zone.

Great budget room

It's a great value or budget option. Probably amongst the best budget options in the area. At least this close to the entrance 1 of plitvice lakes. Buts it's just a room with toilet, shower and a mini fridge. The bed is comfortable. Nothing special but it is exactly as advertised, as just a room. Great for a one or two days stay.

Electricity dangerous with sockets loose in wall Window looked out on to stairs not outside Doors didn't fit properly Broken fitting in bathroom No hot water for shower and impossible to use without flooding Described as apartment but no cooking facilities at all.Only one bathroom mug for 2 people No cups or kettle Terrace no view to outside just interconnecting platform Key left in outside door so possible for another visitor to accidentally lock other clients in apartment block( we did not get given an outside key) Left a day early as so uncomfortable

No soap, no shampoo provided, not enough outlets in the room, only one. Very small shower hard to move.

Luka is a very welcoming host and the room is a great value

Room was very comfortable and WiFi worked well

In the morning there was little hot water for a shower. It would also be nice to have an electric kettle in the room to heat water for tea or coffee

Good base for visiting Plitvice

Nice place with balcony. Quiet. Clean. Good location: We took a bus from Zagreb which dropped us on the main road, 25 minutes walk from this property. The next day we took a taxi (10 mins) to Plitvice Park entrance 1.

No shops in walking distance - come prepared!

Everything was just great and more than expected

Everything was ok and to be totally honest with you i spent a night there just to reconnect with the nature. Check-in and check-out all fine no problem in there, the parking in OK and safe, the room and bathroom very clean and nice. Staying on the terrace and listening the nature was just perfect. I am glad i choose this location for our stay and i can recommend this to all those they want to get in touch with nature or just to visit Plitvice park as we did.
