I have a permanent place now during trips to Gurgaon

The ambience, cleanliness and last but not the least Special cordial behaviour of staff Chelse, Sonu and all staff members at front desk were very helpful. I felt they go extra mile to help the customers .

I wish I could have stayed longer.

This hotel is simply majestic. The foyer is magnificent, and it smells like flowers and essential oils. We were greeted warmly, the book-in procedure was swift, and then our room was upgraded for free. The upgraded room was amazing: 2 flat screen TVs, a comfortable lounge area, a huge bed, a walk-in closet, an enormous bathroom with a deep bathtub - it was absolutely luxurious. Room service was excellent and the meals high quality. I especially enjoy the variety of breakfast and the excellent service. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!

OK for a 24hr stay near the airport but room overall in need of a refresh

Convenient location for airport, and a (dated) mall very near. Booking & check-in were easy. Already familiar with the hotel - bar and restaurant are pricey but good.

There is an angular design to the hotel which extends to everything in the room - the shape of the walls, the furniture etc. While this looks modern and quirky in the photos it is not particularly practical when using the room - it feels like it was designed to look good not to make best use of space or with the customer in mind. The bathroom design is not good with very awkward access to the bath/shower and which are difficult to use without getting water all over the floor. The bathroom door is very heavy to open/close and didn't lock properly. The various light switches/options are confusing and didn't seem to have a reading light on one side. A light in the ceiling (smoke alarm maybe?) flashed on and off all night - not good. Would have preferred not to have carpet in a hotel room and the overall cleanliness was not top notch. Feels in need of a refresh.

Not Taj level of service.

Front office staff were courteous.

Room had not been cleaned properly. A bedside drawer had lot of cigarette ash from a previous stay. There was only 1 hand towel in the bathroom. I had specifically asked for 6 pillows, there were only 4. I had asked for a city view room, I got airport view.

It was excellent Business Hotel

The rooms were geometrically designed. There was ample external light available in the room. The view from the room was good. The restaurant was very nice. The staff were very cooperative. The spa was also very nice.

At this movement of time reaching to the Hotel from Airport terminal 3takes bit more time as there wasa road construction activity was in progress leading to heavy traffic.

Avoid this property at all costs. Not living up to TAJ standards.

There was no room service facility at 10 pm when I checked in. Waited for more than an hour to place an order for room service but still wasn’t able to place an order. This is supposedly a 5 star with a 1 star service

The front office staff weren’t that helpful.
