Nice and comfortable stay

This was my second stay here. The location is perfect for me. The apartment is spacious and clean. Has all the things you need for a short stay.

I like about the house was nice and pretty and so that I add excellent because the house was cleaned even the toilets.

Well planned but poorly managed hotel (especially in terms of cleanness)

Location was important for us (close to our friends house). Otherwise would never stay here. Rooms are spacious, good planned and initially well equipped. Some stuff members were kind and helpful.

Zero cleanness. The floor was not well cleaned (tiny fragments of broken glass in living room, mysterious grease leaks in bedroom), everything else was a bit dusty. Sheets don't fully cover mattress (as we used to in modern hotels) and mattress doesn't look super fresh. It seems no standards for cleaning is applied here and we can't fill comfortable because of this. Hot water was missed for 36 hours, dishwasher was broken and was filled with dishes from previous clients (and it was not fixed during our stay, despite our claim). Air Conditioners could be only switched on/off, but can't be regulated, iron had burnt stain, etc.

cold air conditioner, nice garden and quiet Area

for the firs couple nights I haven’t got hot water they blame hot weather wave, No enough kitchen staff for cooking or even service. Dishwasher no salt and cleaning products. rooms NOT clean and dusty hasn’t clean for ages. bad smell on linen.

Very peaceful and green place, with nice staff.

What I liked the most is garden, it’s really stunning place where you can chill:) But also the location is good, close to transport and not very far from sea. Cafes, markets are nearby. The staff is very helpful :)

Exceptional

Everything was clean and tidy, apartment includes washing mashine, iron and all necessary utilities. Staff is also amazing, polite and helpful people.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

We would like to thank BMK staff for their friendliness and great support - Sasha, Kasim, the owners and everyone else. We spent the whole April there with our kid. It was a lovely stay, we felt like we were spending the time with our friends and family. Thank you once again, Vika, Artem and Vera.

First day they didn't change the muster bedroom sheets, I asked the reception staff but the ignored my request

There was enough sun in Antalya

There were no breakfast services.

Cleaning services were non-existent. The cleaner visited my room once in two weeks when I asked for detergents for the shower and sink. Toilet paper also had to be bought at the store and towels were never changed. There was a small vacuum cleaner in the room with which I vacuumed the floors of the room. The shower cubicle was dirty and the sink with its faucets untidy
