Well equipped modern apartment. Friendly and helpful owner.

Shower pressure was weak. Toilet too high. Cleaning not brilliant but adequate.

We had a fantastic weekend in Bath, lovely quiet accommodation not too far from town, perfect for us

Ed the lovely host was there to meet us on arrival with the keys and a quick tour of the apartment. Told us useful information regarding public transport, local amenities and eateries then left us to get on with our stay. There was a very handy information pack with instructions for all of the appliances, telephone numbers for taxi firms and menus for local takeaways and pubs. There were also leaflets for nearby tourist attractions.

Great location, helpful host, needs a clean

it was very well stocked with everything we needed. everything to cook a basic meal, tea bags, coffee, sugar, even some milk. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. Our host Ed greeted us when we arrived and gave us some helpful suggestions of what to do while we were there. The property is an easy 10 minute drive into Bath town centre in a lovely, quiet, residential street.

Unfortunately the property needs a good clean. The kitchen area was fine, but the floors were quite dusty in places the bathroom were not great. The shower particularly left a lot to be desired. There were bits of dust and dirt on the walls and floor. We also found a large clump of hair on one of the walls. There were curtains on the bedroom window, but none on the door in the living space leading out onto the back patio. It’s quite private, but we felt some blinds or curtains would have kept the heat in better and also provided a little more privacy.

Very clean. Welcoming owner who showed us round. Excellent information folder provided. Easy to heat even in the unusually cold temperatures. We'll equipped. Good location for local amenities and public transport into Bath.

Little gem near Bath City Centre

Great apartment, 10 mins drive from the City centre, great for the Xmas Market and for Roman Baths and Abbey. Everything you could need catered for. Including a nice little pub 15 minute walk away 😀

Easy to communicate with host and very clean and cosy rooms. Very nice kitchen and all utensils you will need to cook your own food if you want

The bathroom tap flow is a little slow maybe worth looking into?

Superb

Lovely comfortable one bed apartment. The location is very easy to reach from the M4. Situated in a quiet residential area there is free off street parking and easy access to Bath centre. The flat is perfect for couples. There is also an outside secluded sitting area, ideal for the summer months. The host was very nice and helpful.

Clean fresh spacious home from home

Safe location to stay and leave car Clean, uncluttered space so it was easy to just move in with our things. Great kitchen for making our meals and fridge for storing foods we brought. Beautiful walk in shower room with excellent illuminated mirror Good wardrobe space and lots fo hangers so a longer stay was quite possible . TV was easy to operate and instructions for all the equipment was provided.

Could have benefitted from a warmer quilt or a few blankets for the bed.
