Superb

The staff was fabulous.The property was incredibly clean. Good location. The airport express bus is directly in front.

The beds were very hard. The room was a little small.with no place to open up the suitcase.. no a/c

Good choice for tourists who like hotel swimming pools

Good location, in walking distance from the main beaches of Los Cristianos and supermarkets Comfortable bed, clean place, pool view from the balcony The receptionist gave us many good tips for things to do and places to visit

The overall value for money was poor, because the breakfast was good but not outstanding, and the room lacked shampoo, shower gel, slippers + for using the room safe we were required to buy a daily card

Overall great experience with tasty breakfasts

Overall great hotel. Very clean rooms, nice and helpful personnel, good location and great food in the restaurant. Pool area was also nice, pool bar offered drinks and meals.

The hotel would use some more maintenance and refresh of some areas. For example tiles in the pool were falling of, pool would also require a deeper clean, pool shower wasn't working during our stay, silicon in the room shower was old and a bit dirty, but averall these are minor cons.

Perfect for a family stay

Room is spacious View over the swimming pool No noise Swimming pool is perfectly maintained, always clean Swimming pool is never too crowded All necessary kitchen utensils Access card to the room (no need to carry extra keys around) Helpful and friendly staff Room to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out No noise during the night time Blackout curtains Good pillows Safe box for valuable items Surrounding beaches are in a walking distance (not first line, but fairly close) we enjoyed the "Las vistas" Beach the most.

We would rather call it, things to improve on: Swimming pool works from 11am to 9pm (opening it at 10 may be better, but not critical)

The entire staff made our stay a truly great experience and we will be back.

No problem at all, a smiling receptionist made us feel very welcome the second we came in and had everything ready within 3 minutes after we arrived and we were in an extremely clean and welcoming apartment no later than 5-8 minutes after arrival. I have been visiting 5 stars hotels where I felt really unwelcome and the check-in has taken up to 45 min but here we felt truly welcome from the second we came in. Marola Park is the apartment hotel we 100% will visit again.

A gem of a hotel. Small, very clean, good location with very friendly staff. Hope to return soon.

Great hotel, good location and was very quite. Extremely clean, the pool and sun loungers cleaned every day. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Had a fab time and would definitely return.

Nothing to fault at all although did find at peak times the hot water wasn't very hot. But that was probably due to demand on the system.

The hotel is immaculate, yeah it’s a bit dated but the rooms are spacious and clean and the pool area is perfect for a couples break.

Generally good accomodation, room, bed was perfect

Breakfast selection is boring affér 3 days, coffee and juice are bad, and we were not served even for extra cost from bar on some days. I think it depends on daily staff.

location, cleanliness staff were very helpful and friendly pool was nice snack bar was handy but shut 1-3 which is lunchtime Zicos cafe bar just a few doors away highly recommended for food

one power socket in the room was not enough not enough hot water for 2 showers! poor. not really any distancing between the sun beds. they taped some off but people just ignored it and sat there anyway and the staff didn’t enforce it had the buffet breakfast once. not nice and overpriced compared with better options locally

Another excellent visit to Marola

Marola is a regular place we stay and we are so glad to get back there after 2yrs because of you know what. The property was every bit as good if not better than we remembered. The staff, location, cleanliness and overall atmosphere at Marola is excellent and we are already looking forward to our next trip

Very good

Value for money accommodation. Basic furnishings but apartment kept clean by good staff. Had pretty much all you need - good shower, cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, hairdryer , balcony . Location decent - about 10 minute walk into main part of resort. Number of supermarkets close by. Small supermarket right beside block which had fresh rolls each morning and all basics you need. only had breakfast one morning but excellent spread of hot and cold food . TV had number of english channels - bbc, bbc 2, bbc news, ch 4, ch5 and itv.

We unfortunately ended up with second part of our stay in self quarantine due to Spain shutdown. Found sofa bed uncomfortable when confined to room. Probably would not have noticed but for fact we were stuck in room.

Excellent, clean, comfortable and welcoming

Very clean. Well equipped for self catering, lovely relaxing pool area, very welcoming staff. Ideal location.

Not always someone at pool bar could do with a bell to go through to reception. Noise from road in some of the rooms
