NO Elevator, or TV - Hostel accomodation at hotel pricing.

Location good

Felt like I was in a hostel at hotel pricing NO ELEVATOR - had to carry luggage up 6 sets of stairs to third floor. Staff didn’t rude when inquired. NO TV. Bedding stank, sheets were not clean, kitchen shared -utensils in draw dirty, microwave dirty.

Excellent hotel with great views !

The hotel is across the Zermatt Hbf, so very central and convenient. I stayed in dorms which are on the top floor and it has a balcony and stunning views of the Matterhorn. The hotel is very clean, the common room has games and he vibe is great! I did trails from town centre which was very convenient. Coop and migros are round the corner. Highly recommended !

위치 역 바로앞이고 , 작년에 묵고 좋아서 이번에 또 숙박했어요 ! 작년엔 1층 여성전용룸에서 잤는데 이번엔 싱글룸 ~!!!! 4층방 마테호른 잘 보이고 환기잘되고좋아요 ~

A great stay at Hotel Bahnhof is assured!

I loved staying at Hotel Bahnhof. It was very clean and comfortable in my shared dormitory and the kitchen and lounge facilities were excellent. Bathrooms were excellent too. Best of all was Agie at reception who is a very warm and welcoming person with so much information to share.

Best Location in Town for Snowboarders

The hotel is located next to the main train station (no need for taxi or shuttle bus), one block from Gornegrat raiilway, 15 minutes walk to the Sunnegga Funicular, and out in front bus stop to the Matterhorn Express gondola. The bus stop is at the begining of the line. You can get a seat and don't need to worry about not getting on the bus especailly on a crowded blue bird day. Big chef kicthen with ample stove tops and stainless steel refrigrator. Nice view of the Mattehorn from the balcony. Helpful and kind staff.

No elevator. The stairs can be hard for some, but the views from the rooms with balconies are worth it. Got to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Great location to explore Zermatt, clean rooms and toilets.

Right outside zermatt train station. Very clean and can see Matterhorn (if skies are clear) from the room. Shared toilet is very clean. There is a huge shared kitchen with plenty of seating.

Pillows were too soft.

Fine stay

The hotel was pretty close to the train.

This was listed as a hotel but it's actually a hostel- so a family of 5 with 3 kids this was hard.

Best memories

Location of the hostel is perfect: you will see it right after leaving the train. It's very beautiful from outside and cozy inside. The room has a mirror, good lightning. The bed's very comfortable and has a personal lightning plus the socket. The lockers are individual and have the same key that is for the room. Kitchen's clean and has everything you may need. I would say that it would be great to have there some tea bags for common use as the coffee machine excepts only local currency. There are only 3 toilet rooms and 2 showers if I'm not mistaken but there was never a queue. Everything is clean as there are always cleaning ladies to take care of it. Staff on the whole is very friendly and ready to help. The only one receptionist girl I met was very charming and we had a warm long talk) So big hello to you from Finland)) I would definitely stay there again!

Impressive user-friendly hostel

Perfect location, just next to the train station and supermarket. The hostel is well equipped with a spacious and tidy kitchen ＆ dining area.

If there is more shower room and toilet, it will be perfect.

Excellent location to the train station, Cornegratt and the town and restaurants. View of Matterhorn from room as advertised. Communal kitchen was very busy but we didn't use it.

Great stay in zermatt

Location of this hotel just in front of the train station. They even give us the free room upgrade. The room have balcony and private bathroom. In this hotel also have kitchen to cook your own meal and it also have small library with instresting book to read. At the kitchen as well has kids toy. It is really wonderful experience, and i would love to stay at here again

Everything is okay but bare in mind this hotel doesn't provide lift. Its only have stair.

Very convenienty located to right across the Zermatt train station, and also to Gonergratt cogwheel train station. You can utilize the kitchen facilities which comes in handy. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

easily accessible from train station. nice view of Matterhorn from the room.

it has no lift - had to carry out luggages over 2 floors. it has no kettle to make hot water. we had to make them at the pantry
