Excelente servicio y atención!

La atención del personal fue excelente. Hasta nos prestaron botas para ir al Valle del Cocora las cuales fueron muy útiles ya que había mucho pantano.

Sugiero que también reciban pagos por transferencia, hoy en día se usan mucho para más seguridad y comodidad.

Estancia maravillosa.

La posada queda cerca al parque, es muy buena opción para dormir, la cama y el colchón estaban cómodos, la habitación tiene baño privado, la atención del personal del hotel es muy especial, el desayuno era generoso y delicioso. Lo mejor es que tienen convenio con un parqueadero muy cerca al hotel para los que viajan en auto particular. Lo recomiendo!

Great location, really lovely guy at reception, and a super useful welcome book which is handy for new arrivals to Salento.

The bed was too firm for our liking. Our particular room had no windows which opened to the ‘outside world’….our windows opened to the breakfast area so we had to be mindful of when we could open them for air.

It was nice and quiet, the WiFi was decent, cute little balcony

There was construction in the hotel all day long film early on. The included breakfast is nice, c but tiny, I had to go out and buy breakfast every day anyway.

If you want an authentic stay, stay here!

Martha is a superwoman who goes the extra mile to make her guest happy, the same as the her staff. The room was small but nicely decorated. Towels and linen were changed daily, which I wasn't expecting it. The room is spotless, as it is the whole place. Hot shower (apparently not so common in Colombia). I definitely recommend her posada and I wish to Martha and her staff all the best.

There was a misunderstanding as I thought to have booked a room with a patio. What is called patio, is basically the indoor room where you take the breakfast and the window of that bedroom was looking into it (basically, not a real window). I managed to have it changed and I was assigned to room facing the street which was just perfect.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this pretty B&B and Salento itself! The owners were so nice, helpful and welcoming that I had that wonderful feeling that I was visiting my family. The breakfast was nice and very homey. They even gave me the boots and the rain poncho for the Cocora valley hike. I definitely recommend that place because of its owners, perfect location (close to the centre and the bus station), value for money and a very warm feeling :)

Feels like home

Martha and her staff were exceptional. They make you feel at home and we even extended our stay by an additional 2 nights. For the price, it is great value with a delicious breakfast and she even gave us room service. Great hot shower, convenient location and she is really sweet and helpful. Muchas gracias Martha para todo!

Beautiful little inn with amazing staff. Strategic location!

Exceptional

Good wifi, free breakfast, free parking, quiet, and close to everything. I visited during the middle of the week and there was only 1 other guest at the house. Not that many people in town. I expect the weekends to be much busier. Staff was extremely accommodating with tips and places to go. Always checking to see if I needed anything. I was hiking the Cocora the next day but did not bring hiking boots. The staff was was able to find a pair in my size and let me borrow it for free. Fantastic experience. Next time I am in Salento, this is the place I will stay.

Great value

My stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, my room was clean and comfortable. I was also centrally located and a short walk from the town center. And the breakfast was delicious.

Totally recommend here for a friendly, comfortable stay.

Really colourful, comfortable place both bedroom and lounge and dining areas. Near enough to centre but far enough away to be quiet. Martha and her staff were really friendly and helpful.

Garden and outside furniture were in fact part of the inside of the house. An inside patio area with dining tables. And. Parrot!

Horrible service from the lady :(

The man in the reception was friendly and the breakfast was good!

The way we were received was completely unacceptable. It clearly said on booking that the reception would be open 24/7. We arrived in the morning before check-in, but made it clear that we were happy to wait for our room to be finished. The lady was very angry about this, did not say welcome or give us any info at all. She clearly showed her frustration and shouted at us that we were bringing chaos to her. She alternated her behavior between completely ignoring us and shouting at us for being so disrespectful to arrive early. We did not feel welcome at all and considered to change accommodation. The guy who worked there was really nice and friendly like a normal person, but because of the lady's behavior, it is still the worst customer service we have experienced in any accomodation.

Not worth the money it costs

Location.

The bed was really uncomfortable, the shower not that clean and the management was kind of disorganized, when we were gonna check out they charged us in cash and on the booking was specified that we could payed with cc. I had to go out and find cash.... his answer was : yeah you are right we should change that info on the webpage.
