Simply a beautiful location apartment and village. Close to centre but peaceful on an evening.

This must be one of the most beautiful views in Rhodes from the balcony including St Paul’s Bay and the Acropolis. Although close to the centre the area is quiet on a night time. I have been to Lindos four times and stayed here twice this is by far our favourite location. Dimitris is really helpful and accommodating nothing is to much trouble and he was easy to contact

Exceptional

Fabulous location and room with a wonderful view. My only disappointment was in the increase of prices in Lindos. I have visited before and it was good value for money. Now, only the rich can afford to have a beach bed on St Paul's bay - what a shame. Nothing wrong with the apartment- it was chosen for the closeness to St Paul's bay. But I could only use it for my early morning swim as the sun beds were 40 EUROS EACH - Yes. You read that right - 40E!! Fab balcony.

Expensive sun beds in Lindos. What a shame. Apartment was fab, host was fab. All good.

Great peaceful stay with a couple of lively nights thrown in.

Perfect location for both St Pauls Bay and Lindos village . Only 200M from the nightlife but far enough for a good sleep as you're out on the edge of Lindos village.

Accommodation and location are great. I will book again.

Great holiday, as always.

Location was excellent. The accommodation was very clean and had more than adequate facilities. We have been in this accommodation before and knew we would get exactly what we wanted. It is ideally placed from all the things wse wanted.

The only gripe I had was not with the accommodation but with my favorite spot. St. Paul's Bay, the cheapest pair of sunbeds were 30 Euros.

Beautiful location, service can be better.

- The views, the location, the balcony. - We had a private balcony and it was great, but some people shared the patio. Make sure you get a private balcony. - Very close to town center full of shops and restaurants, just behind St Paul's Bay. - There are things that I didn't like but having a drink under the stars on the balcony is quite an experience.

- There's no reception. Dimitris is a lovely person but although we were communicating on whatsapp he couldn't send us the exact location of the villa to use for the GPS and couldn't give proper directions. We had to stop at the very busy Lindos main square where you can't really park your car and taxi drivers get mad. I asked the donkey tour organizer with the cowboy hat in Lindos square for the studio, and he gave us much better directions. Hats off to you sir. - You have to turn on a switch and wait for 10-15 minutes to get hot water. - The room is small, the shower even smaller. There's no shower curtain so the floor is wet most of the time. - The villa is very close to St Paul's Bay, hence the name. It was the reason that we came to Lindos for the second time, but two sunbeds now cost now a whooping €40. Thankfully you can find 50 cm2 place here and there next to the stairs to put your towels and enjoy the magnificent sea without paying anything. - Since there is no reception, breakfast and other amenities the price is on the expensive side.

Superb position and really comfortable- an excellent place to stay in Lindos.

The location was incredible- a two minute walk to St Paul’s Bay for an early morning swim before all the tourists arrive, and right on the back door of Lindos. Took me just 20 minutes to get up to the castle for 8am opening and had a stunning breakfast cafe 100m from the doorstep. The apartment is really well kitted out with a perfect terrace area with comfortable seating, and the owner is really really helpful and nice.

The best place to stay in Lindos

Amazing sea view from the room and balcony, spotless clean, 4-5 mins walk from the main bar/restaurant street and St Paul's bay, great value for money and Dimitris is the most attentive, informative and helpful host I've ever come across anywhere in the world. I would happily recommend this place for everyone.

cheap for Lindos and right next to the beach

Location is really great! The closest to St Paul's beach, it is just 3 min walking down to the beach. Excellent owner, very attentive and reliable. I've asked him if possible to keep the suitcase after check out, he wanted to help me with this, even there are no place to keep the luggage in premises. He allowed me to stay a bit longer afer check out time. Bed was a bit hard, but ok in general, but pillows were hard. Kitchen dishware also were good, soaps present, place to dry out the wet towels was near the room, small table and 2 chairs were near the property and inside it as well. Everything was working in the room (iron, shower, kettle, stove, air conditioner, etc.). Bedlinnen was clean, shower stray and toilet as well. Safety box, fridge are present and work normally.

It is diffucult to find the property when you arrive, there are no address, it is not on maps.me, even neibouring Fedras apartments are there. To use hot water, you need to press a button to heat it with boiler 10 min before using which is not comfortable, someting you forget it and then need to wait for 10 min. But after heating the water is really hot for long time. The cleaning of room in general is very average, I mean kitchen taps, shower taps and surfaces in the room including kitchen, chairs, tables are dirty and dusty. Almost everyting in the room is old and in use long time. Air conditioning is noisy when is out of service, the grids are trembling by some reason. The price for front 2 sunbeds at St Paul's beach are 60 euros/day per pair.

What a view!

We had a lovely 3 night stay, the view was amazing, and Dimitris was lovely and friendly, it was very well equipped for our stay, we would return

A little small but we knew that when we booked it so no complaints with it
