Very pleasant stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is out of town, but an easy drive by car or taxi. Nice swimming pool and garden.

Would have appreciated tea/coffee in the room

Best value for money around

Staff is very kind and attentive (thank you Georgia for being so nice with the kids and for all the great tips for restaurants and tours around the place!). Pool is a nice addition and the kids loved it. Breakfast is plain but pretty good. Rooms are very clean and big enough, especially the double room with the big balcony (203). Location is out of town but that's not an issue in Ioannina as you are always with a car and driving around to Zagori or wherever.

The Hot Tub is extra charge (10€ per hour for a couple) from some reason and that's pretty annoying.

The location was perfect for us and we liked the style,feel and decor of the hotel

Walls are very thin! Shower was temperamental, the hot breakfast was very limited and only served the same items for the full stay.

Got to visit again soon.

We visited the hotel for one night and were thrilled with the standard of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. 4 poster bed, very clean, great breakfast.

I didn't have any issues with the hotel.

A nice, clean, friendly hotel in the outskirts of Ioannina

A nice small hotel in the outskirts of Ioannina (close to the University, approx. 3.5km to the city center), clean and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces, most of of them in the shadow of a roof with a photovoltaic installation. A big supermarket next door.

If I have to mention a negative, then there may be a bit more variety at the breakfast buffet (e.g., there were only three different flavours of tea bag--black tea, green tea and camomille). A water boiler for tea or coffee on the room would have been nice, too.

Breakfast was good

The hotel pool was open to the public. When we returned from a hike the car park was full. Cars were parked in front of the hotel and there was no spot for us (the guests) . When we went to the pool it was packed with locals. We went to lie on the sun lounge , but we were told a group of locals were waiting so we could not use the chairs. The pool was not advertised as a public pool on the website. Hotel was in an industrial area off the highway.

Very good hotel with friendly staff

Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Location is a bit far of the old city so we need the car to get there., At the time of our visit the main road is under construction.

Perfect if what you are looking for is a comfortable bed and helpful staff - there is also a pool

My husband was in hospital and the location is perfect for the Ioannina University Hospital. Taxi ride is only €3.50

A lift as the stairs only have a rail on one side

Excellent normally great buffet help yourself now clients choose from list works well.

I found the mattress a little too soft for my liking.

Nice place, safe parking inside the yard, very clean (beds and bathroom) , breakfast was nice, couldn't find anything bad...
