About this house rental
It has a large swimming pool and two large terraces, on a one hectare fenced garden planted with magnificent species (oaks, pines, chestnut trees, fruit trees, etc.).
Sleeping capacity: 14 Adults or 12 Adults and 6 children max
It is possible, in addition, to provide BB beds added in some rooms.
Deployed on two levels, it has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 6 WCs.
On the ground floor :
. 2 living / dining rooms, with a fireplace,
. 1 large semi professional kitchen,
. 3 toilets (including 2 separate),
. 3 bedrooms with their bathroom (1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, 1 shower room with walk-in shower).
. Access to the basement with its laundry room, its auxiliary fridge.
Upstairs :
. 3 toilets,
. 3 bedrooms with their bathroom (1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 bathroom with double walk-in shower and separate WC, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower),
. 1 large dormitory bedroom (6 single beds, adult size)
. 1 separate bathroom with WC.
Outside :
. two very large communicating terraces,
. a hot outdoor lighted shower to wash in nature day and night,
. a large swimming pool with alarm and its wooden beach,
. the one hectare park surrounding the house.
Some double beds can be separated into two single beds, the single beds in the dormitory can also constitute two double beds.
All of the bedding is very high end.
Household, bed and bath linen are provided and beds are made for your arrival.
This house is a haven of peace, you can relax by the pool or by the fireplace, facing the mountain.
You can isolate yourself under a tree in the garden or even take full advantage of your family or friends together.
You will be able to observe in the raptor park, squirrels, rabbits, roe deer ... the sheep in the meadow bordering the property and in the evening you may come across on the private road, the badger that shows up occasionally.
It is also the starting point for many activities:
- GOLF (18 holes): La Nivelle and Chantaco golf courses less than 5 minutes away, Golf d'Arcangues, Biarritz Le Phare and Chiberta less than half an hour, Golf d'Hossegor 45 minutes away,
- Tennis: rental of lessons (day and night), lessons / courses at 3 minutes
- Trinquet for pala: 3 minutes
- Municipal swimming pool: d'Ascain (3 minutes) or Saint Jean de Luz (7 minutes)
- Skate park 3 minutes away,
- HORSE ride that goes along the property,
- Steps in the mountain (Ibardin pass 9 km, departure from Rhune 4 km),
- SURF in Saint Jean de Luz, Guéthary, Hendaye, Biarritz….
- Unlimited cycling
- Canoe / Kayack on the Nivelle: 7 minutes
- Visits to typical towns in the land (Sare, Espelette, Arcangues….), And to the coast (Saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Guéthary)
- Getaway in Spain: 10 minutes to the Col d'Ibardin and lunch or dinner in a venta or further, San Sebastian and its tapas and star restaurants and bars (25 minutes)

The house was completely redesigned and renovated in 2015.
The materials used for the bathrooms are mosaics and zellige, parquet floors and polished concrete, very large American fridge and cooking piano, worked lighting .... a charming house.
