The people of Vietnam are truly lovely!

I already knew about the hospitality of the Vietnamese people, but the staff here are exceptionally warm and friendly, truly making travelers feel at home even in a foreign country. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a cozy and comfortable space while exploring Vietnam.

Wonderful stay!

The service was great, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and airy, with beautiful views. The swimming pool was clear. The staff guided us nicely. We'll come back in the future.

Feels like a hidden gem in Phú Quốc

We had a really great week staying here - the resort itself is beautiful, the pool is nice, the garden is lovely, the family running it is so kind and welcoming. I think we were upgraded to a room with a view of the pool which was really nice - and the room had a huge bed and was overall really comfortable. For much of our stay, we were the only ones there (or at least it was so quiet that we felt like we were the only guests!), which we were very surprised about - because this place seems like a hidden gem!

(I write this not to critique the resort or the people running it, but to level expectations of future guests) The location is something that ought to be taken into account when booking this place. Whilst the neighborhood is perfectly safe, the resort is located in (what feels and looks like) a residential area and you’re far away from the typical touristy side of Phú Quốc, and far away from the more varied selection of restaurants and such. This is also a plus, however, but one should manage their expectations. Looking at the map can give one the impression that you’re quite close to the centre of the town, at least that’s what happened to us, as we like to walk everywhere - but of course, they rent out scooters. We were going to pay our stay using a credit card, but the owner informed us that the machine was broken at the very last minute - he was helpful in driving us to get cash, but just be aware of this possibility and perhaps ask in advance if you were hoping to pay by card :) One last thing, which is absolutely no fault of the resort itself, is the geckos - this place is crawling with them, and they get inside the rooms too. Just a warning if you’re also not too big of a fan of them, this is your heads up to mentally prepare. I don’t know if you can avoid them anywhere on the island, but just a headsup ;)

Exceptional

Super friendly & warm welcome of the family staff. Very good & cheap services. We were very lucky and happy to stay 3 nights in this hotel. Surely we'll come back soon. The Lady owner is fantastic.

The surroundings around the resort are not so nice. It's central, but around the hotel is gloomy area.

Value for money 9/10.

The staff were English speaking and very helpful. It’s located near the center, a few minutes to the harbor, lots of restaurants and a fish market nearby. They arranged motorbikes for us at an extra cost but the service was worth every penny. the property was clean and the breakfast was delicious. perfect place for group stays.

Goood to stay if you are finding a place to relax.

I like the breakfast as well as the enthusiasm of the host

I think the location is my concern. I paid lots of money for taxi and time to travel to the central.

Great value but wrong side of town.

The hotel was great value .A nice spacious room with fridge and great air conditioning . Very quiet and great clean pool . Really nice family run hotel offering basic breakfast .Very helpful staff and good motor cycle hire facility.

Hotel was probably wrong side of town .A bit difficult to find .I suggest to the owners that they fit black out blinds and have the street sign at the end of the road to be illuminated .Although cheap taxis ,its better renting motorcycle .
