Dias felizes num local incrível.

Tudo muito bom, bem cuidado e lindo. Instalações clássicas, rústicas, típicas do local, muito bem cuidado. Piscina maravilhosa, restaurante muito bom, salas de estar, biblioteca, jogos superaconchegantes. Atendimentos excepcional pelos funcionários, 24 horas, gentis e atenciosos. Voltarei sempre.

A única falha foi a falta de frigobar no quarto. Não sei se os demais possuem.

Da estrutura e localização do hotel.

Confortable sin lujos.

La ubicacion es inmejorable. La vista impresionante. El desayuno calidad media a bien. Pero por ej no habia jugo de naranja (sí habia d eotros tipos ) y se habian quedado sin jamon cocido (lo reemplazaron con jamon serrano)

El restoran tenia muy pocas opciones de comida (de hecho no elegimos cenar ahi por esa causa) y el servicio de té en el bar con muy pocas opciones. Por ej no habia ninguna tipo de torta , solo tostadas o croassaint.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand.

Herausragende Lage des Hotels! Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und wurde liebevoll präsentiert.

Das Hotel bezeichnet sich als Luxushotel und war es vielleicht auch mal in früheren Zeiten. Die gesamte Anlage, besonders der sanitäre Bereich und das Schwimmbad/ Sauna sind komplett heruntergekommen. Personal ist praktisch nicht vorhanden und die Rezeption, wenn besetzt, maximal inkompetent und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Fenster sind nicht mehr dicht, die Heizkörper lassen sich nicht regulieren. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise.

Stay somewhere else

The location is beautiful. 50 years ago, this must have been one of the nicest hotels in Argentina.

The hotel felt abandoned, lacking basic maintenance. The restaurant’s dinner service was the worst i have experienced.

Great boutique hotel, everything was perfect. The views are just amazing. Spa area very nice. Restaurant has great food, and the prices are not high at all

Friendly staff. Great views of the lake. Accommodating to requests.

Outdated, in need of renovations. Some of the furniture is quite dirty.

Disappointed and I felt a bit sorry for them

The Hotel is in a great location.

Unfortunately the hotel has been poorly maintained the past few years which was not helped by the impact of the pandemic, rooms were austere with no fridge or coffee making facilities, the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation, the swimming pool required attention and the sauna was only working one day and also needed renovation. We expressed our disappointment to the hotel who offered a discount in mitigation. Shame really, the hotel (built in 1938 I think) has such great potential but without investment its decline from greatness will continue.

Very poor

Very run down , rooms were like a 2 star compared to others. Damp coming in ,swimming pool was not very clean and sauna not working. Breakfast poor very disappointing

Good

Absolutly loved the area, very good veiw by the lake, nice dining hall and lounge also good library. You can imagine it being an impresive home in its day. Also they offered to keep our bags safe for the day after checkout so we didnt have to worry about robberies in Bariloche.

It is old, as in not restored old. the room was small and bare, the bathroom desperatly needed updating, the bathroom door had a cutout so it could close past the bidet, The roof of the Tunnel to the indoor pool and gym was leaking badly, etc.
