Molto bene

Struttura molto grande con parcheggio, e una bella zona dove poter cenare o rilassarsi in piscina. Il personale é stato perfetto, ci hanno preparato la cena alle 22:00 senza problemi, nonostante li avessimo avvisati poco prima. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno preparato un ottima colazione alle 6:00 per farci arrivare in tempo all'aeroporto. Quindi siamo davvero soddisfatti e ringraziamo.

Dista circa un 30 minuti in auto da Marrakech, la struttura (le camera) forse andrebbero un pò sistemate/rinnovate, mancava l'acqua calda.

Séjour à refaire

Emplacement idéal loin du bruit de la ville. Personnel gentil et accueillant. Service impeccable. Bouffe à la hauteur. Grande suite ou rien ne manque. Grande piscine propre. A savoir que c'est ma deuxième et ça ne sera pas la dernière fois là. Merci pour l'accueil et la sympathie

Un petit frigo dans la chambre ça serait idéal surtout avec la chaleur étouffante 🙏🙏

Nous avons adoré l'établissement qui est magnifique,la piscine incroyable, l'accueil irréprochable, toute l'équipe étaient adorables et au petit soin. Nous avions goûtés leurs tajine de poulet qui était délicieux et leurs petits déjeuners également. Nous reviendrons certainement 😉

L'eau de la douche pas assez chaude 😭 Il faut impérativement une voiture car assez éloigné de Marrakech et ourika .

A chance to live a fairytale

This place is the diamond of my vacation in Morocco. Looks like litle palace. Pool all day and night. National cuisine. The staff is great.

Maybe that the bed creaks and the mattress is too soft.

Belle piscine en plein air dans un cadre agréable

La piscine, le paysage, le souper, la déco de façon générale.

- Les portes à verrou des chambres sont belles mais trop bruyantes lors de leur ouverture et fermeture. Ce serait bien de les remplacer. - La vente d'alcool - certains clients ont veillé assez tard avec leurs enfants, ce qui fut dérangeant: trop de bruit, des enfants qui courent dans le couloir... ceci a perturbé notre sommeil. L'idéal serait de demander aux clients de respecter le sommeil des autres après une certaine heure et de leur faire gentillement la remarque en cas de non respect fe cette règle.

Great property outside of Marrakech

The place is quiet and peaceful, the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed

Place was clean but could be a little cleaner, dust on the floor and water not draining properly in the shower. One of the room also had a weird smell in the bathroom.

We had a nice family stay at this hotel

Nicely situated hotel in a calm area around 40 mins from the city and about 25mins from the valley. Achraf and the other receptionist were extremely friendly. Staff is general were very nice

Stunning views and friendly staff.

it was a beautiful place with stunning views to the Atlas. The best was the staff, very friendly, always smiling and taking care of us at any time. The two dogs were friendly as well.

it was far away from the village if you go by foot.

The view is simply breath taking. The staff very nice and helpful. The food, delicious.

The mattress could have been slightly more comfortable but we slept ok

Relaxing stay

Exceptional

It my second stay in Kasbah Caracalla and we enjoyed as much as the first time. The place is clean, comfortable and well decorated. The food is authentic Moroccan cuisine and the staff are kind and helpful, big thanks to Kamal!

Lack of good management.

The property itself looks nice but needs maintenance. AC not working, shower drain was blocked and couldn’t close or lock the door.

The food wasn’t very good at all the first night (tajine with a big chunk of fatty sheep meat). There were no other options for dinner, only tajine with sheep and no desert possible. The second night we had several options for food, but we had to wait 1,5 hour for our food (we had a scheduled time for dinner). The staff was busy eating their own food and didn’t offer us anything while waiting. Breakfast the first morning was good, second morning not much more than dry bread, omelet and tea. During the day the hotel is busy with local families using the pool.
