Good property and would definitely recommend.Apart from minor inconveniences it exceeded expectation

Good sized villa with a private deck and pool and own hammock which was facing the ocean. Great to relax in. Also had a deck in the bedroom area Close to multiple beaches - Sapodilla (my favorite) and Taylor bay Good restaurant on site Would highly recommend the pontoon boat tour that they offer. It was a great experience and the captain was very knowledgeable and made it fun.

Location was quite a distance from main attractions. About 20mins by car which was not too bad as i had a car Power outage on multiple occasions with little to no updates from the property.

A slice of paradise

I love the location....even though it was a bit further away from the buzz in Chalk Sound, the facility provides enough entertainment to keep you busy. And the views are breathe taking.

The check out process. No inventory is presented to you at check in, but at check out a very meticulous check out process occurs and a guest could potentially be blamed and charged for damages that did not occur during their stay, but were uncovered at their check out. This was my experience. I was not charged but I did complain that it couldn't be a fair process. Tipped in favor of the property. I have no issues paying for damages, but atleast let me be responsible for it. An inventory can be presented to guests, and a walk through of the property done with signature to prevent this from happening.

La ubicacion. Cruzando la calle hay una playa que si bien es muy popular, es chica y ruidosa. si buscas plaza paradisíaca y tranquilidad iría para otro lado.

Neptune Villas was a great home base for our TCI vacation. Such a lovely property

If looking for an off the path stay in TCI this is it. It has all the amenities you could want! The Chalk sound is beautiful, the restaurant is great, the rooms private and very well appointed. Very clean and very friendly we would stay here again when visiting the TCI. Thank you!

it’s well worth the money get it the staff and accommodation is absolutely amazing

honestly I loved everything about the place it was such a nice and quiet area. me and my boyfriend loved how the villas weren’t at all connected meaning to close to one another everyone had there privacy. the staff there were very friendly and helpful. we are from Turks so I’ve been places where because were islanders/locals they don’t really care to give us the same service as others but I have to say that the staff here definitely care about there customers. so many stuff were included which definitely was worth the money we stayed two nights and enjoyed it to the fullest. the tv comes with prepaid Netflix and the kitchen has everything from pans to silverware cups wineglasses blenders the house is fully equipped for you we loved and there’s also a near by gift store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for some quiet time and just fun with there partner or even family members.

one of the bed sheets were stained which it wasn’t horrible to where we couldn’t sleep were not picky people we made do. just wasn’t something we liked for sure

Private, affordable, luxury tucked away on the south side of the island .

The private villa was great. plenty of space, clean and quiet. Beautiful view of chalk sound out of one side. The private plunge pool was bigger than we thought it would be. The walk across the street to Sapodilla Beach was convenient. Having a restaurant on site was a bonus that we used for snacks and lunch.

The only place we saw staff were at the restaurant. We had to hunt down the staff for anything to do with our room including pool/beach towels.

Very good location, clean and beautiful property.

Loved the villa, it was spacious, clean and had our own dip pool which was a nice surprise! Super close to two fabulous beaches.

Nothing, it was perfect. We wish we booked for longer here.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Rachel was amazing! Friendly and informative. Las.Brisas restaurant right on property was delicious....with views you can't beat. Everyone was so attentive and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Walkable to Sapodilla Beach & Taylir Bay Beach. Beach & pool towels in unit.

Rachel was amazing. So helpful and a pleasure to meet.

Loved the private dipping pools each cottage has and the spacious rooms. Nice vaulted ceilings. Restaurant is excellent.

Economical property for Turks prices!

We only ate at the restaurant for a dinner. Our food was very good and the sunset views are really nice. The cottages were above average for a beach community. We had limited interaction with the staff, but when we did, they were friendly. It is out away from the main tourist areas so be aware that you need a car to get out and see the island. We enjoyed being away from the crowds so didn't mind the location. Make sure to take a kayak or SUP out on the lagoon!

How expensive Turks is! Not being able to see the water from our cottage.

A piece of paradise

We did not want for anything, we were extremely well catered for. Rachel was on thecase. (Kept me in Cohibas) A fantastic and dynamic woman. We would definitely return.

Incredible!

Staff was wonderful. We loved the restaurant - food was spectacular and views were breathtaking. We did the pontoon ride and it was the highlight of our trip. So fun! The villa was lovely - spacious, clean and very comfortable! Even had our very own splash pool. We were sad to have to leave.

Phenomenal low key vacation with the locals!

Very friendly staff! The bungalow was absolutely phenomenal. We went with our three children 5, 7 and 8 yo and they loved it. They had their own room, bunk beds. Netflix when we had down time. Kayaks for free use (not the clear ones). I can’t say enough great things about this property. This is a more local scene. Not all inclusive. Highly recommend if you want a low key vacation!

We felt a little rushed when we were checking out but we did stay until 1pm when check out was at 11.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Rachel, the owner is lovely and very helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended! The food at the restaurant is amazing! I liked that we were walking distance from one of the best beaches on the island, Sapodilla Bay. Grace Bay is a 20-minute drive away but honestly; I like staying away from the crowds. I loved being able to look at chalk sound from the breakfast table instead of rows of concrete hotels if we had chosen a place in Grace Bay.

I can't think of anything negative.

Ten out of ten!

I don’t even normally do reviews but this property EXCELLED my expectations. The entire villa was how it was pictured, if not better. I booked a partial ocean view villa, but there was nothing partial about it. I saw the entire Chalk Sound from my patio and my hammock. There were three entries to enter the villa and I utilized them all. As a luxury concierge, I recommend this property wholeheartedly. TEN OUT OF TEN!!! Made my time in Turks and Caicos even better. The only thing is the distance from Grace Bay; it’s about a 10-15 minute ride but it’s nothing to steer away from this property.

worst stay I’ve had in a long time

the food was good

my ring was stolen off the dresser. it was my fault because I should not have taken it off or left it in the safe. I took a shower, but it in my jewelry bag (which had 3 rings and a watch)…. when I left, I grabbed my jewelry bag and when I got home looked and my Diamond ring was missing!!!! someone literally went in my bag, took the most expensive ring. I am devastated. also, we had flyer termites in the room. We showed the manager the video, and she said “it’s the season, we just have to deal with it”. No, apology or remorse.
