Cheeky staff to grab the money, not value for money, not worth staying at all

location was perfect where we had meetings.

The staffs were cheeky, especially in the restaurant area provided the phone number for the tip. I booked it and mentioned the vegan meal but not much variety was available. during the booking I double check if the breakfast is included they said yes, even though there was nothing vegan breakfast all I ate was coffee and toast, still they charged me extra for the breakfast, and that was also last minute at the time of check out.

Hotel was good nice and clean.

I have stayed in many hotels in the UAE. The standard and neatness is the same as those. But the price is way too expensive. I paid 7000 inr for one night. In dubai u can get better hotels for 3000-4000 in peak season. Also the buffet can be a little better.

I went two times. The second time was a last minute booking, because originally I was supposed to go to another hotel in Lucknow (Hotel Casa). When I arrive it was extremely dirty (ex. fresh blood stains and hair in my bed, etc). So I decided to leave and go again to Piccadilly in the middle of the night. The hotel was very clean (EUR standards). The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. They were trying their very best to make our stay superb. For example, we arrive late for breakfast and they allowed us to take it anyways! It was also the day with the worst air quality in the last 30 years in Lucknow, even with an FFP2 we were getting throat pain and red eyes. Inside the hotel the air was very good and I could breath normal, which probably means they have clean AC filters. Due to all that - Next time I am in Lucknow I will for sure go to this hotel

A one day business in Lucknow

Vicinity to airport.

Poorly managed. Staff appeared untrained. There was a complimentary airport pick and drop offered as a part of the package. I had opted for that option. Staff took 4-5 hours to confirm and then top it acted like a big favour. The Spa was a loot, and clearly not a part of the hotel. The property had hot water issues, which took a long time to resolve. Many things could be better. Location was another issue. it is close to airport, but not close to the city.

High speed internet and location.

Check in experience was really bad. Even from facility and property point of view, this is not five star hotel but hardly four. Accommodation fare is relatively high considering its quality. Food is also barely acceptable level.
