Use of pontoon mid/late April- lake level permitting - 11/10. 2 Kayaks, 2 Stand-Up Paddle Boards. Professionally managed, cleaned, and professional linen service. Pawley’s Place is located in a quiet cove at the South End of Lake Lure. This premier rental property has so many amenities to offer for all ages. During your stay you will enjoy:
• Easily Accessible Home with no stairs from parking area to front entrance.
• Main level: King Bed Master Suite with TV, Open Kitchen, Dining for 10 (plus smaller table for extra seating)
Great Room has a large stone gas fireplace, TV and audio system.
• Large porch located just off the kitchen, view of Lake Lure with Adirondack style seating and a gas grill.
• Main level also has a half bath and laundry room.
• Upper Level: Second King Bed Master Suite. This private suite has its own balcony overlooking the lake, a

2) The 12' Lake Lure drawdown will begin on January 1, 2024 and end March 31, 2024. This is for the completion of priority infrastructure projects. Lake will begin refill on 3/31/24,. The rate of refilling is based on weather & rainfall-typically mid-late April-see TOLL website for lake level info.

Loved being in the lake daily. Just the right temperature always. Quiet cove. Pontoon boat was a plus. Fun to tour all around. Many water toys. House is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Had a nice feel to it.

Ages ranged from 19 to 85 and all enjoyed the lovely home. There was ample room for togetherness and we especially enjoyed large dining table where all could gather but also ample places for various activities and privacy. There were lively outdoor areas and view was fantastic. Communication with Buffalo Hunction was excellent. Would highly recommend

We had a great time on Memorial Day weekend!!! The home was beautiful and very clean. We usually go to the beach on Memorial Day weekend, but decided to try the lake this year. The absolute best decision. Our host was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed. My grandsons loved the ponton boat. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Wonderful property. Have stayed at lake lure many years and this was the best. Loved the house and the furnishings. Great location to golf, grocery,dining and shopping. Pontoon boat was awesome. Can’t say enough about the place. Even had a black bear and neighborhood kitten visit us. Can’t wait to go back. We had a great family time.

We had a wonderful week at Pawley’s Place. The home was ideal for our family and was close to restaurants and the grocery store. This home is in a perfect location in a quiet cove of Lake Lure! The beds are very comfortable, the storage in the bedrooms is more than enough for your clothes and shoes and suitcases. The family room is just right for the folks on the main floor and the playroom is just right for your younger people with pingpong table, a game table and a video game adaptable tv for your gamers. The kitchen has all the tools you need for meals and there are plenty of dishes and bowls for your crowd. Only thing this kitchen is lacking is a pantry for snacks and dry food stuff. We loved all the outdoor toys— kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, pontoon boat and plenty of life jackets for all. Lake Lure is a beautiful lake and we enjoyed our time at Pawley’s Place!

This was a great lake house for our family vacation. It was very clean and spacious for nine of us. It's located in a cove, so there's not much boat traffic, making it very peaceful. The boat was quite nice and easy to use. The home's location is very convenient to area businesses. And, we saw a bear one morning in the neighbors' driveway! It was a great time with my family, and we are looking forward to staying again. I would highly recommend this lake house for your getaway.

Pawley’s Place was a great house on Lake Lure. The house layout was ideal for our three families. The children had a great time spending time on lake in canoe and kayaks. Enjoyed fire pit and beautiful setting. Only draw back was not being able to use pontoon boat due to lake level being too low.

We had a wonderful stay at Pawleys Place. There were 8 adults and we had plenty of room for gathering and eating. The porches were a wonderful place for our morning coffee. We took advantage of all the "lake toys"... kayaks, paddle boards and of course the pontoon boat which made our days so enjoyable. The house was just as described and was very clean. All communication went seamlessly. Would definitely rent again!

We were a two-family group with 7 kids (ages 10-17). Couldn’t have asked for a better home! Between the pontoon boat, the quiet cove for swimming, the kayaks/paddle boards, and the ping pong table, our kids had everything they could ask for (and then some!), which made for 4 happy parents! House was well stocked in terms of supplies and amenities, and the quick drive to Ingles was a plus. Sue and Steve Gage were responsive to all of our questions, which I really appreciated. Looking forward to returning!

Incredibly Relaxing and Tranquil
This was our first time staying at Lake Lure. The home was very comfortable for our extended family. We were able to shop several times at Ingles for groceries. (Very Close to the house). The included pontoon boat as well as kayaks, canoes and water boards was a huge bonus for the kids as well as adults!

Our multi-generation family enjoyed our stay at Pawley’s Place. Having the pontoon boat was a real bonus. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood as quiet and everything we needed for cooking/eating was handy. Having a grocery store nearby was great too.

Most of the beds were very comfortable. The only complaints was in the bunk rooms. My older kids stated that the bunk beds were uncomforltable, so that they slept on the sofas.

I highly recommend Garner Cove. It had everything we needed and was good space for a large group. The property managers easily accessible and great to work with. We especially loved taking pontoon rides on the lake with beautiful scenery. Love this place!
