Like I said, avoid this "room without amenities or service". Its no hotel!

The room was a decent size with king size bed.

This is not a hotel, no room service, no coffee in the morning, no food, I mean not even snacks, no ice, towels were sketchy, seemed to be line dried and not fluffy clean, no soap, had to buy my own tp! Cheapest locks on room door, so had to remove all valuables when we went out. Want the room cleaned? Need to hand over key. When we returnedin the evening, "hello" the room was left unlocked! Good thing we kept our valuables away! Then the final insult, booked 9 nights and they require full payment on check in. After the 6th night we decided, enough is enough so we checked out. Were told call Monday when Supervisor is in to discuss refund for 3 nights. Called but "sorry" we cant issue refundsbut we can issue credit for three nights, i.e. you can come back and stay in this wonderful place that you hate for the three nights. Bottom line? Avoid at all cost!

No one online didn't follow up my booking the online ibooking service is not one I would refer tp anyone, multiple question still no one to reply to your needs

Not a great spot to stay

The room was alright, had to switch rooms 3 times though because each room had a separate issue, in 1 the toilet wasn't working, in another, there was no water in the pipes, and the third one smelled like someone had been smoking and they said it was a non smoking room 🙄

It is a secured gated hotel

Didn't see housekeeping the whole time. Bathroom reeked of urine since day one, place was dusty, needs professional housekeeping personnel. There is NO kitchenette as advertised, no kettle, no nothing, a fridge is available upon request for an additional fee. The linens were super thin and thread bare, and had tiny holes in it.

The room and the bed were big.

The Woman at the reception was very impolite... she literally throw me out by answering to me very arrogantly and disrecpecteful. In Bookibg the checkout time is 12:00 but they asked me to go out at 11:00 or pay extra to stay until 12:00. My room had a strong smell of weed, and she could not change it because she said, all room have the same smell. there is no water pressure in the bathroom and the whole thing was defect. plus ... if you want to experience what feeling unsecure means, go there.

I think y’all should enforce the no smoking policy because not everyone smokes and the rooms smells like smoke as you enter that was my biggest turn off

Comfortable, conveniently located hotel with added bonuses.

Small capacity. Convenient location near to the centre of Kingston. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly, helpful yet unobtrusive staff. Large relaxing swimming pool.

Shower temperature could be slightly warmer.

not sure whether to blame Booking.com description or the hotel itself but very average accommodation

no WiFi no restaurant unmotivated staff chewing was stuck on bed head board by previous guest and missed by cleaning staff
