The Jayakarta is a little piece of paradise ..love the beautiful manicured gardens.

Love the three pools ..great location.Beautiful gardens.Lovely friendly staff. Cleaning ladies did a great job.

Apartments very tired and worn. I stayed there 9 years ago at the appartments and seems like nothing has been updated. But good value for money . Thank you.

Wonderful stay!!

This place was awesome and just what we needed for our family of 7. The convenience of being close to everything, shops, laundry and access to the resorts pools was great. The 3 bedroom apartment is kept clean and the cleaners changed the linen regularly. The have a tank of bottle water a toaster and microwave. They also have smart tvs in the master room and lounge so you're able to connect to your Netflix account which was useful for us during our stay when we wanted to watch before bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Not being able to have a spare key & the reception was left unattended so we were not able to leave the key on many occasions. The gentleman at reception was clueless about our booking when we arrived which was very stressful. He had He showed no interest because it was a privately owned property. It was pure coincidence that a female worker working there had knowledge of who we were. The Bathrooms need a renovation and the bath tub I would not use. The other 1 was very smelly due to drainage. Overall the cleaning ladies did a good job cleaning with the condition of the apartment . The television was not working in the main bedroom. But good that we had access to Netflix and You tube. The apartment needs a “birthday” . If brightened up with white paint & replaced old pics it would have been much better. It wasn’t the worst place we have encountered and was suitable for the time we spent as we were traveling in a large group .

Good value for money. Stayed here 20 years ago, and hasn’t changed - so dated, but comfortable.

Great location. Perfect for families with two bedrooms. Air conditioning works well. Pool facilities great for all the family.

A little dated, pool towels clean but stained. Bathroom towels clean but off white colouring and bathroom grout needs tidying. Couldn’t get safe to work. Food options at the resort very pricey and not great quality, although plenty of options nearby.

Great location, property very dated. Pool is nice apart from slippery tiles.

Big pool with a shallow kid friendly area. Property backs onto beach.

Gym equipment broke and injured me, When I reported no one seemed to care. Tiles around pool are EXTREMELY slippery. Bedsheets were terrible, kept riding up and although they made them each day, after 10 days I’m not sure they were maybe changed once. They were not very nice. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Shower towels were old and thin.

Spacious Home awY from Home

The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious & had everything to make it enjoyable. The staff were helpful & friendly, especially Maria at the front desk.

The only complaint was the bathroom to the main bedroom....the bath base, which included the shower, needed repair enamel coming of base. I had to place a towel over it so as not to scrape my feet. Also a noise in walls during the night.

Location, friendly staff, 3 swimming pool, walking distance to the beach.

The room was too far from the pool, the apartments were run down, the toilets didn't flush and the beds were too hard . We had 6 adults and the tea and coffee supplies were only enough for two people if that.

7 days wasn’t enough.

it’s Jayakarta. it’s Bali. we love it here. friendly people. great pools. food. staff. everything u need is right here. the beach is a 2min walk. perfect.

everything except the main bed. it was like sleeping on concrete. and the linen could’ve been abit cleaner. it was washed, but some towels had stains on them.

great location, very poor quality fittings and fixtures,

the location is great, the maids were lovely ease of check in and check out

The ants, the unit is over run with ants, we informed the managers on the first night, nothing was done and then they ruined all the food we had bought, over $70 in food had to be thrown in the garbage. very upsetting as we had bought food for the week and it was for our children. The ants got into sealed packets of food. The fridge was leaking water and they kept saying we were leaving the door open but this was not the case, the fridge is old and needs replacing. We put some Beer into the fridge door and the shelf broke the next time we opened the door and all the beer fell onto the tiles and broke. Again no compensation offered. We also found the coffee cups were very old, chipped and cracked. Too dangerous to use. we expected for $1500 per week the owners could afford some new cups and some descent bath towels. overall we had a great time but disappointed in the unit

room was far away from the pool, no wifi at the pool, room was very loud, banging one night from somewhere in basement eventually had it fixed after asking 5 staff members, wifi to room was slow and would cut out.

The condo was perfect for me and my 2 children ,everyone was so happy staff ,and it's 5 minutes to pool and beach ,I will always stay here when I come to Bali.

We had a 3 week stay in Bali including staying at Kumala Pantai hotel Suit, Wasabi hotel and a stay in Lembongan in abun

the Suite was spacious. beds good. water bottle dispenser great

poor wifi, very slow, didn’t work in bedrooms, continually having to refresh and reconnect. Floors not swept daily, felt dirty under feet. No cold water in master bedroom sink. bathroom 2 had a poor basin spout… sink blocked also but was fixed after reporting. shower head poor flow in master shower. TV system needs up grade. door bell not working. got cupboards and draws cleaned after we arrived, asked cleaner to do, she did good job. fridge a bit average, update.

Well what was not to like it was my first time traveling to bali and loved every minute so glad I stayed at the jayakarta couldn't of asked for a better place to stay very clean and staff very accommodating would definitely recommend to all
