Exceptional

Excellent communication with Oliver, the host, from start to finish. The house is lovely and spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We were greeted by the host at the property, and there was a lovely welcome package waiting for us (water, fresh fruit, juice, sweets and crisps) Pool area is lovely and quiet (we had the pool to ourselves on a couple of occasions) and we could get a sunbed anytime of the day. The house is in a great location, close to the beach and some restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes away. The main area of Meloneras is a lovely 15 minutes walk along the coastal path.

It’s really comfortable and clean, everything is in very good condition. About the location, it’s close to Meloneras beach and the property pool is excellent. The customer service was excellent, great communication

Great place with a relaxing atmosphere

Oliver (the host) was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late and he had bought food and drinks waiting in the fridge. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and with aircondition in all rooms. Nice terrasse for breakfast and evenings. Very beatiful and quiet pool arena, we had the swimmingpool almost to ourselves many of the days.

Well kept and comfortable property

The property was well equipped with more facilities than you would get from a hotel room at the same price. It was a roomy 2 bed townhouse with access to a very nice pool area. There was a beach area and a few restaurants very close to the property. The walk to the lighthouse was 10-15mins, which proved quite a nice bit of light exercise. There was everything you needed in the kitchen area and it was clean and ready for use. The host was excellent and sorted a minor issue very promptly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed it.

House a good size Package of provisions on arrival was helpful after a late flight. All very well equipped. Beach towels provided. Able to stay on later the day of departure due to late flight.

Couple more towels/tea towel to be able to use whilst others were being washed. Set of chairs / table out front of property would have been good to sit and have breakfast in the sun.

Quiet and Cozy Apartment

The property is conveniently located near Meloneras and Maspalomas beaches. Oliver took measures to ensure that the house was clean and suitable for the current situation. Upon arrival he received us with a welcome pack that included masks, hand sanitiser, fresh fruit and an assortment of drinks. The pool was really nice as well, will definitely stay here If I come back to Gran Canaria.
