Villa Elena has a wonderful panorama on the harbor of Capri and the entire Gulf of Naples. The location is strategic, Villa Elena is located in the center of Capri, the main entrance is in Via Lo Palazzo near "Via Roma" the main road leading to the famous Piazzetta.The Villa has a breathtaking view of the port of Capri and the entire Gulf of Naples.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with two bunk beds) and 3 bathrooms all with shower, from the large aisle you arrive in a large and bright living room with 3 sofas, LED TV, dining table and game table, the kitchen has a winged dining table and is fully equipped.
Outside the Villa has a large garden on two levels, with 2 outdoor dining tables, deck chairs and outdoor sofas, the garden is full of plants such as lemon trees, mandarins and a centuries-old pine tree over 25 meters called natural heritage of the island, in addition there is also an ancient well, a barbecue area and a small tower with panoramic views.Villa Elena is in a strategic position, from Via lo Palazzo you can reach Via Roma the main road of Capri, at 200 meters there is Taxi and Bus central station, and 300 meters the famous Piazzetta and the characteristic streets of Capri, with shops of luxury and artisan shops.
In addition, Villa Elena is just 10 minutes walk from the famous bay of Marina Piccola through the narrow street of Via Mulo. While going down the street in front of the main entrance of the Villa, Via Aquaviva in 10 minutes on foot you reach the port of Marina Grande.. City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax.
