We received 2 parking passes but overflow was always full and there is only 2 handicap spots for the entire building. I specifically requested handicap parking since a family member was in a wheelchair. Also, only one elevator was working which made the wait time very long at times. As for the condo, only one of 5 TVs had service and it was a Roku device. Due to these issues, we will not rent this condo again.

Broken toilet, broken shower, 3 broken chairs, broken freezer door handle, dirty floors and not good internet. Some of the repairs were made halfway through our time there. Terrible parking and hard to find your assigned spot. Hoping for money back.

Walked into a beautiful condo. Perfect sleeping for the 11 of us. Being our first time we weren’t sure what to expect so having to buy trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwashing liquid/pods was just surprising. We bought above items as requested. Again we didn’t know what to expect. Only 1 tv in the bedrooms worked so at night we couldn’t do our normal watching of tv. Instead of calling and asking we just played cards or other activities instead to settle in for the night. The hot water heater went out on our last day and we waited till afternoon to call as we thought that we had taken too many showers, ran washer and washed some dishes by hand that we had just done it all to fast. However, 5 hours later still no hot water, called office and within a couple of hours someone was there looking at situation and we had hot water for remainder of stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Broken elevator- walked up 14 flights of stairs holding my 6 month old. 1 roll of toilet paper for 14 adults 1 trash bag for one week (we used in 1 day) Ice machine in fridge broken None of the TVs in all 4 rooms worked- batteries dead in half the remotes. Smoke detector beeped low battery entire week. Broken dishwasher Jacuzzi in every room didn’t work- all broken. Water had one temp- scalding hot Parking was HORRIBLE. So so so horrible. When the elevator did work there was an hour wait all hours of the day 1 room had no air and was so hot entire time Our pool was green compared to the neighboring condominiums. I contacted owner & host and was informed all of these issues were addressed- they most definitely were not and we still paid full price for one of the worst condos in all of PCB. Ceiling is chipping in several areas and fell on us.

Very poor house keeping, AC unit had no air filter, Dishwasher broken, one king bed broken, Toilet not steady, ceiling is falling a parts, Elevator is very old, Parking lot is a nightmare and both our vehicles end up had minor damages.

We had a good 2 days then a notice was put on our door: "Stay off your balcony"! Seriously, the owner didn't think to tell their guest? We could have stayed some where not on the beach and got the same amenities with the balcony and pool being closed for a lot less money. Our mother, 80 years old, just lost her husband wanting to relax on the balcony and now can't. Now for the daily 8am intercom announcement of "stay off your balcony, pool will not be open, you need to use public access to the beach". So the grandkids you brought aren't going to enjoy the pool like they were promised either! So we reach out by email, as we were asked!, but no response. For three days we emailed, no response! We still have not received a response. Wait, we did get a "how was your stay?" email. As much as we paid, there should be a very nice credit coming our way. We did our part, booked, paid on time, and left the place how we found it, now you do your part. Only businesses that treat their customers well succeed nowadays.

Family trip enjoyed by adults and children . My grandkids especially enjoyed the pool. Very nice place. Lots of space and 11 slept very comfortably. View is beautiful great sunset pictures.

We enjoyed the beach and pool and hot tub. 4 friends just chillin and playing cards in the Sun. PCB weather was seasonable.

The online photos differ from what it actually is. Firstly, we could not enter due to having the WRONG CODE. The door deadbolt was smash and we could not secure the door at night. We barracaded the door with chairs each night. Manager said someone was coming to fix it but never did. The Cleanliness of the place was nonexistent. Dust covered everything, floors were very sticky, couches smelled, part of the ceiling plaster hit my sleeping family in the face at night, dust bunnies all over. One toilet has a very large crack in it and it should be replaced. Shower curtains had mildew on them. Some walls in 3 bedrooms showed were somebody just sprayed a cleaning agent on it and left it. No wiping it off or further cleaning of it. Even the bedroom doors were dirty. [FYI spraying the door with a light glass cleaner removes all dirty, smudges, & grim very easily without damaging it.] TV in the two largest bedrooms did not work at all. Cable channels were a joke; basically 5 main channels just in various tv broadcast formats. I hooked my tablet to the tv and played all my cable channels on the tv over wifi. And the Wifi only works best when 2 or 3 devices only are connected. otherwise, it is very spotty. I had virtual business meetings to attend so everyone had to turn off their wifi so i could have a decent signal. The washer and dryer smelled very bad as well as the dishwasher. We ran all 3 multiple times (all empty with cleaning detergent) to get rid of the smell. We found trash from previous guests in there. Overall, we were unhappy with the stay for the money spent. The elevators broke down. Parking was a nightmare. The minivan bottomed out scrapping each time trying to go down the steep rams to the lower level parking area.

This was not our first experience with the rental company or property. We love PCB and need a lot of space, so we are a little limited. The cleanliness was very poor. The shower in one of the master bedroom/bathroom didn’t work. As in, the shower, tub, water…nothing. So that was a big deal. The property management company responded via email but no one ever showed to even look at it. Being down one bathroom certainly didn’t ruin the trip—but it was definitely an inconvenience. Given the amount of money spent for a week, it is frustrating. Aside from that, the parking is also terrible, but that is a design flaw. As is the elevator situation. That was complicated by other guests who were ignorant, selfish or simply inconsiderate; also not the fault of the resort or management company. If I rent from ocean Ritz again, I may look for a different management company, or perhaps another property all together. This was the second year in a row in which the cleanliness was really poor. I’m not a germ freak…but there was a level of “ick” that existed both years.

Cleaning could be a whole lot better! Mattresses need to be replaced they are badly soiled .

We have stayed in this building multiple times and usually have a very good experience. This condo however lacked a good cleaning. One of the mattresses in the master bedroom had a huge stain on it that we are not sure what it was. We asked to have this taken care of and I was told that the mattress would be changed but no one ever showed up to do that. There was very few kitchen utensils and not nearly enough silverware for our party of 12. The patio furniture was very old and could use some upgrading. Also the living room TV only had a few channels accessible. Overall we still enjoyed our stay here but the unit was just lacking a few things that could be easily fixed to make the stay much nicer.

Ok, so here it is... The view was AMAZING!!! The condo was as expected due to being on the beach. The second master bedroom had a HUGE HUGE HUGE “Blood stain on the mattress” again HUGE like a Murder took place in the room. The bed room with the queen bed had a pillow that must have been linked to the murder since it also had blood on it. Which was ok since we had three women on the RAG at the time I guess. The third room with the queen bed was nice if ya like nail and staples getting your attention ever time ya get close to it. The bed had very unique design never seen anything like it. Was like a taco when laying on it and a game of survivor when walking next to it. The first master bedroom was nice “Finally” if it was December in Colorado felt like a heat wave in Texas the entire night. If ya wanted to knock off a piece you would have a heart attack due to the sweat before the action. Finally got out on the balcony beautiful view laid down on the lounge chair for a bit and as expected it was broke got fat rear stuck and couldn’t get up. Other than that beach was nice, room was semi clean and no other issues beside our parking spot that we had was always taken by somebody else. Overall I would stay here again. Just wish the Blood stains would leave...

I got to carry all of my family's possessions down 14 flights of stairs for us to check out. If you aren't willing/able to do that.... don't book this property. This storm occurred on 4/2/21. You can look it up that it wasn't a hurricane (shouldn't a building on the beach be able to withstand a strong thunderstorm without being shut down?)The other main reason to not book this property is the horrible experience you may have with the property management company. I called the management company when the elevators went down asking what we should do in the event they would not be working the rest of our stay. I was told the elevator repairmen were on the scene and it would absolutely get fixed that day and there was no chance they wouldn't be working the next day so I'd need to be out of the unit. A few hours later the building maintenance people announced over the intercom that the elevators would be out until at least the following afternoon and it could be days before it was fixed. Since that time I have called and emailed the host/management company over 10+ times with no response. They have completely ghosted me. I originally called asking what we were supposed to do and if we should stay in the unit until the elevator was working. No response. The last thing I was told was to be out of the unit so I proceeded to make 7 trips down (and up) the 14 flights of nasty/muddy/wet stairs the night before we left and 4 trips down the morning of our departure to carry all of my family's luggage and beach gear for an entire week to the car. I have called and emailed 10+ times since that with no response. I assumed they would maybe refund the last day or two since it was so horrible. Nope. No response. Just ghost me and hope I go away. Other reasons to not book this place:#1- The worst parking spot imaginable. Don't book this if you have a large car b/c the garage was built in the 70's and literally won't fit your car. #2- Only 4 working channels on each tv. #3- Broken beds/ broken chairs/ broken stuff everywhere.#4- Dirty.#5-Disgusting stains all over. I've run out of space but I could list 10-15 others.

It was not fresh, smelled like it had been closed in for a while, it they did clean prior to me and my family arrival they didn't do a very good job.. This property needs LOTS attention. When I was reading the reviews for myself when booking. I said to myself that maybe they would fix some of the things, before renting. Well they didn't. They need to update the kitchen COMPLETLY, the fridge needed glass covering for the bottom draws, the inside door carpartment were missing. (Just a whole new kitchen). THe guest room with the bunkbeds their was no toilet seat, when had to go buy one, . The king master to the left that was a disgrace , they need a whole new mattresses set (wish I could attach pictures). The other king bedroom the bathroom tubs would stop up when taking a shower., it was a jacuzzi tub that need to be cleaned, not that I would have used it. All the mattresses needs to all the rooms needs to be thrown away. The balcony furniture was broken and one of the guest fell through the chair. The picture that they show on the site is correct looks just like that. If the owner would take or spend the money to do these little minor fixes, this property would be PERFECT. If I had to rate 1 - 10 I would give it a 4.

Love the view... Very roomy for our large family! Only hiccup was the garage was extremely tight to park in and then there was someone in our parking spot the first whole week!

My assigned/reserved parking spot in the garage was taken by someone else in a different unit for most of our stay. Service was initially very helpful, temporarily giving us a different, more convenient parking spot. However, they never required the party to vacate our assigned parking spot. Service eventually said we could use the different spot for the rest of our stay. However, that spot was alternately occupied and a notice was left on my vehicle windshield directing that I must move or my vehicle would be towed at my expense. Moved to a different spot, only to be told to move again. Near the end of my stay, I was finally directed to move back to my now available assigned parking spot.
Extremely difficult to negotiate the tight parking garage to my assigned, narrow parking spot. Parking in my reserved spot was extremely awkward. Overflow parking across the street required us to walk/hustle across a frequently busy Front Beach Road. I eventually deferred to the overflow parking lot sacrificing my assigned, covered spot for an outdoor, uncovered, first-come-first-serve parking spots.
All beds very comfortable and firm. Ice maker didn't work. Top to chiller drawers were missing.
Floors very dirty - needed mopping. Since there was not bucket or mop onsite, can only conclude the floor is not typically mopped.
Minimal eating utensils.
Door unlock code too long (9 characters).
Not given a code for the pool wifi.
If not for the parking, rating would have been much higher. Wouldn't have any problem parking a Prius :/
