Geweldig!

Biblos resort was een waanzinnige ervaring! Als je opzoek bent naar luxe, comfort en gezinsvriendelijk is dit de ideale plek. Wij vinden het als gezin altijd lastig om een plek te vinden dat kindvriendelijk is en aan onze “luxe” behoefte voldoet en Biblos was de perfecte invulling. Je betaald meer dan op andere plekken maar je krijgt er zoveel voor terug. De service is heel persoonlijk en dat maakt het zo fijn als je met een gezin weg bent. Ik zou wel adviseren om de all inclusive optie te nemen, zodat je van alle restaurants kunt genieten.

Exceptional Anniversary Stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati!

My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Due to the nature of being a tourist destination, beach parties can go on until late at night, with loud music playing. However, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent, so closing them ensures a peaceful night's sleep without much disturbance. This place is generally smoker-friendly, allowing smokers to freely smoke anywhere. It would be notable that smoking is common throughout the hotel facilities. However, considering that this area is known for its windy conditions, prolonged exposure to cigarette smoke is not a significant concern.

I regretted not bringing the kids. There is a great game room. They announced their daily schedule, I looked at them and it was a full program. Alaçatı was the transit point on our trip, so we couldn't stay long. However, we learned that if we stay 3 nights, we can benefit from all inclusive with a small additional fee.

Although it is a hotel by the sea, there is a pool wherever we step. It's impossible not to cool off in this heat :) The staff is very caring. Whenever we had a request or a question, we received a very quick response. The combination of sushi and cocktails we ate right on the sea in our evening was amazing.

This hotel has a decent environment and quality people. Even us adults had a lot of fun in the children's playground. When we checked into the hotel, we made a short tour of the environment. Staff told a story in every corner of the hotel. It's impossible not to be impressed.

Positives : -The BIG positive the breakfast , amazing, wide range of choices -The gardens with all the design around and the cleanness -The beach nice although the space to swim a bit small -The concierge service. Very helpful for bookings or other enquiries. And they speak and understand English a rare asset in Alacati ! Negatives - The BIG negative is clearly the noise every night, strong noise till 1 to 2am. - Much more staff should speak a decent English. Especially as there are many foreigners. We live in 2023 and all your new hirings / joiners should speak a good level of English. - Rooms OK although the bathrooms are too small for this price. - There shouldn’t be any rooms with the view on the parking area in addition to the view over the nightclubs - Food on the beach : very little choice - No Water sports activities : there should be water ski, jet skis canoes etc. Water ski especially that the days when there is no wind it’s kind of lake so it would have been perfect for mono ski for instance - Beach : Sunbeds could include a matteress to be more comfortable. Sea area should be a bit wider. Toilets by the beach will also be welcomed - Breakfast : should open way before at 7.30am or 8am especially when it’s a place for families and babies. All 5 star hotels breakfast in Europe and even in the world open at 7 or 8am. - Food : portions should be bigger given the prices

This hotel is like a luxury home. they had so many different rooms and when i wanted to see a few of them they showed me. There are rooms where we can come with a large family. I'm excited to bring my kids too because there's a great kids club and playroom.

In a hotel of this category I expect a perfect service and that was not the case: - they have a lot of staff but some days it took a long time for them to service us - if the hotel leaves a kind of present in the rooms( In this case a box with 2 macarons) I expect to get at least one per person and we were in a family room of 4 - the majority of the staff do not speak english which makes very difficult the communication

Fantastic hotel, the breakfast buffet was the most beautiful and delicious.The cleanliness and decoration were top, the Spa was amazing. Can't say enough. I want to go back!

We came to Alaçatı with our friends. We did not want to return to Izmir. We choose this hotel because of its high rating and great pictures. It exceeded our last-minute stay expectations. It was a short but wonderful experience. The breakfast was so rich that we never got hungry until the evening. 1 week later I canceled my reservation for another hotel, we will come again. This time I will enjoy the wonderful SPA.

We never felt the need to go outside from the hotel. The sea was like a pool. We tried some delicious cocktails. When we wanted to have fish for dinner, they recommended a freshly grilled fish which we ate with great appetite. Before leaving in the morning, we had our breakfast under the trees, and it was obvious that the products were carefully chosen. They took very good care of us. Thank you to everyone!

Great place

Everything was great especially room design and breakfast. All staff were very friendly and professional. There are many amazing places and points to take photos for social media. I absolutely recommend cocktails at the beach.
