Posizione top! Servizio top!

Appartamento in pieno centro tra Puerta del Sol e Plaza Major, staff molto accogliente e preparato e disponibile per tutto. Appartamento pulito, letti comodi e possibilità di chiedere gratuitamente la pulizia della camera tutti i giorni. Presenti tutti i servizi necessari.

Il nostro appartamento ha alcune finestre ma si affacciano sull'interno della casa quindi senza vista e luce. A volte entrano odori tenendo quelle finestre aperte.

Tout est parfait l'accueil de Gustavo, le confort, la proximité du métro et de commerce.

Gustavo à l'accueil est très aimable, le system de clé avec le sur le message de whatsapp est très pratique, la proximité du métro et de commerce, le confort de l'appartement à recommander.

Emplacement idéal, logement spacieux et très propre. Accueil très sympathique à la réception

Les horaires d'ouverture de la réception et la gentillesse de Lucia qui a tenté de communiquer au mieux avec nous (nous ne parlons pas espagnol). Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques mètres des animations du centre ville, dans un quartier sécure. Il est spacieux et très propre. La literie est confortable.

Équipement sommaire de la cuisine mais cela est suffisant pour prendre de petit-déjeuner et un repas simple

Semana Santa en Madrid

La ubicación y la tranquilidad a pesar de estar en el centro. Hay ascensor. Es exterior y las ventanas son grandes, por lo que tiene mucha luz. La amplitud tanto de las habitaciones como del salón. Los sofás son cómodos. Por último, nosotros no hemos podido aprovecharlas por el tiempo, pero tiene 2 terrazas estupendas donde se puede comer.

El piso está limpio y lo han pintado, pero está bastante viejito: el suelo cruje, las puertas no cierran bien, la vitro es antigua... Por lo demás, está bastante bien equipado, salvo que no hay lavadora. Por otro lado, la cama doble son 2 colchones individuales juntos y los bordes son bastante duros, se te clavan en la espalda. Por último, la calefacción consiste en poner el aire acondicionado en modo calor y, puede que sea porque no estoy acostumbrada, pero el ruido me resultaba molesto para dormir.

Buena ubicación, muy limpio y bien equipado. La cocina a parte del menaje imprescindible nos gustó que tuviese cafetera, microondas y tostadora.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Madrid.

Apartment was clean, well equipped, great location and the staff were great. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning/ heater unit in main bedroom is squeaky. It works fine, just a little noisy.

Posizionato in pieno centro a Madrid, tra Puerta del Sol e Plaza Mayor. Accesso da cellulare con sistema elettronico inviato dalla struttura all'atto del check-in, reception comunque aperta dalle 8.00 alle 22.00. Ambiente pulito e letti comodi, monolocale con bagno privato, la struttura è dotata di piano cottura ad induzione, frigorifero, forno a microonde, bollitore elettrico, moka da caffè e attrezzi da cucina.

Overall I like it. I'll definitely recommend it and I'll go back.

Customer service and Central location

No parking available. So a bit of a rush to get in and off a taxi. It's not exactly on the plaza mayor. I'll say closer to plaza sol . It's good but the description is not accurate.

No es lo que nos vendieron, pero igual conseguimos adaptarnos

La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza fue muy buena. La gente de la Recepción, muy amables.

No me gustó que las fotos y las descripciones en Booking no dieran una idea de lo que me iba a encontrar. Lo considero un caso de Publicidad Engañosa. No me gustó que se dijera que había gente en Recepción las 24 horas y la Recepción no estuviera en el mismo Edificio, sino a dos puertas de por medio, con lo cual la Seguridad no es la adecuada. No me gustó el sistema de entrar con el celular. Se demora mucho en recibir la señal para abrir la puerta y uno queda expuesto a que pueda colarse alguna persona; nadie lo iba a notar desde el Edificio vecino. No me sentí segura, hay muchos vagabundos en la vuelta, y esto no permite una entrada rápida y vigilada. El ascensor es muy pintoresco pero tampoco es ideal. Si se llega a trancar, no sé cuánto demorarán en venir a socorrernos ya que, como dije anteriormente, la Recepción no está dentro del mismo edificio.

Close to city center. But be careful about staff

Close to city center Very convenient location

We checked in at 1am in the morning. Then the receptionist knocked on the door at 2am to get $60 extra that we were supposed to give him. This is very inconvenient because we travelled from the USA to Barcelona to Madrid same day . The could not wait for $60 the next morning. Also they make you give them the used towels to front desk, only then they provide new towels. Very inconvenient!!

Great location and good size. Clean but cooking facilities pretty limited.

Outstanding location. Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. Recommended.

The location was outstanding. The apartment is very well equipped to make your own meals and breakfast only maybe lacking a coffee machine that uses capsules. It had a Moka tough which I like.

Water pumps for showers is always a bit hit and miss. The hot water ran out really quick and if it wasn’t for the 38°C it could have been a problem. One very positive thing however is that the water pressure is outstanding. Very very strong which I love.

Recommended hotel in strategic location

The location is perfect, close to the sol subway stop and the gran via. 15 walk to el prado and within the shopping area of Madrid. A 24 hours Mini market is next door. Lots of places to eat within 5 minutes walking distance; also flamenco shows nearby. The room was spacious and it was the one we saw in the booking photos. Mattresses were ok, AC was working perfectly fine, kitchenette was well equipped and the shower stream was strong. The people in the hotel were friendly. They received the luggage before and after our stay for no charge and we’re willing to help with advises.

The location is unbeatable.

Old building with very small elevator. Small 1 BR apartment with extra bed added in the living room. AC in the living room only. Kitchen is extremely small - barely functional.

Wonderful apartment

Great location and feels safe to walk over night. We were with 3 big children and loved the apartment . Every room has bathroom . The terrace is lovely. The apartment was very clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The elevator won't be forgotten !

The stay at the Apartamentos Mayor Centro was great and located very centrally.

It was nice that there was a reception and someone at the front desk. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and showed us how to use the electronic keys to access our unit.

Exceptional

The location is great, close to the metro, and within walking distance of major attractions.

Being in the city centre, you need to be ready for city service noises and people roaming around until 2 AM! You come to the understanding that people in this area don't feel obliged to be quiet in the wee hours of the morning!
