Gostamos de tudo, perto da aonde a vende queria, funcionários muito bom.. aos porteiro muito educado..

O que não gostamos não tem nada haver com o hotel e sim com as ruas por causa do moradores de rua mais nads demais .

Café da manhã excelente, boa recepção do Rodrigo, demais funcionários da recepção e localização sensacional

Banheiro muito compacto mas para poucos dias de hospedagem dá para superar. Poderia ter uma divisória separando o vaso do chuveiro.

The worst place in Sao Paulo

The worst place in the city. Room NOT clean. I found spiders in the bathroom, and many bed bugs in the bed. Staff NOT nice. I was asked to move from my bedroom to another one, because there was a mistake during the reservation. The staff asked me to pay extra. The breakfast is NOT good. Everything was frozen or just disgusting. The place is NOT great. I heard so many noises during the night, inside the building and outside. My room was in front of a parc with many homeless people. At the end I was supposed to stay 2 night, I stayed only one, and I ran away. I DON’T recommend this place.

Good place for couple of days

Well, good value for the money, but still some things to be fixed for the customers. Quite filling breakfast for good price, location is just 10 minutes walking from Subway, which is convenient.

The room smelled cigarettes like never cleaned it. The bed was with a bedsore.

It was a pleasant stay.

The receptionist was very informative and communicative all the time. He even helped me purchase my plane ticket back to where I had been with my Brazilian online banking, "pix".

Ok, for short stay

Plenty of buffee breakfast, eggs, fresh bread, cake, fruit, juice. Centrally located, but not the safesest area.

The staff doesn’t speak English at all. Really hard to communicate with them. The internet doesn’t work really well. The rooms are old, and noisy. My uber driver warned me to be really careful at that area..
