Friendly hotel, lovely staff

Lovely room, great view from balcony over gardens and pool,very friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast good choice,really good value, I stayed here 7 years ago and it is still an amazing place at such a good price, will be going back

Agréable, mais les photos sur booking font plus rêver que l'hôtel en lui même dans la réalité.

Le calme dans la chambre, la Clim, la salle de bain. La chambre était vraiment bien faite tous les jours. Nouveaux savons, nouvelles serviettes, lits etc.

Photos de la salle de sport très différentes de la réalité, très décevant. Le Hammam était fermé, pas de parking, la tv ne marchait pas, et aucun geste commercial ou compensation de la part de l'hotel n'as été fait pour ces choses qui étaient normalement comprisent dans le prix de l'hôtel même après une demande à l'accueil car "le superviseur était abscent". Je ne pense pas revenir à moins qu'un geste soit fait pour le désagrément.

Smelly, somber, dirty, bad

The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff.

Photos are very misleading! The hotel looks dated, not in a good way. Lounge spaces look very unpleasant, the pool area very messy, the room smells, the corridors/lobby unclean. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Everything has the vibe of a retirement home for the elderly. Not a place to celebrate a vacation.

Good value for money : Spacious Rooms, Beautiful Pool, and Excellent Breakfast

The location couldn't have been better, situated right in the heart of Gueliz, the city center. The hotel's pool was a delightful highlight, providing a refreshing oasis to relax and unwind. Its beauty and cleanliness added to the overall appeal, making it a perfect spot to cool off. The room was spacious with great view on the pool. The breakfast served at the hotel was very good. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.

The bathrooms were in need of updating.

Disappointing

the outside space at the swimming pool and one gentleman who did the check in for me we had a great conversation while we was outside the hotel at night

the hotel was very old, the elevator was like it’s going to break down, the Wi-Fi was really bad, the phone line was not working at all so could not call the restaurant or reception I needed to go down I don’t think should be a 4 star hotel unfortunately and I was asked to pay to keep safe my money which no 4 star hotel will ask guest to pay money to keep safe the money

Great hotel for the price, good location, friendly staff and excellent amenities. Just eat the buffet while it’s fresh.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful all of the time and they were very good communicators. The location was great, the bigger, cleaner, busier area of Marrakech did not disappoint. Perfect central spot. The pool was big enough and was a sun spot for the majority of the day, a good amount of sun-beds surround it. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, the balconies were spacious with a great view and the bathroom/shower was amazing.

The buffet dinner was left out too long and gave me food poisoning one night. I felt very sick and feverish for around 24 hours. Also, our toilet was slightly broken as it didn’t flush properly sometimes.

Exceptionally friendly staff

The hotel was nice,food and drinks were good, the best thing was the lovely friendly staff they really make the place . Aziz that looks after the pool area looked after us well and a lovely waiter tall thin man with glasses unfortunately didn't get his name was very nice also

Stained bedroom curtains and no.backing on them to keep out light and heat ,cracked tile on bedside table ,poor aircon ,and only Tv had no English channel not even a news channel

Good for Sleep

The location is strategic. It is still close to the center of the city that has many shop, restaurants, and other amusement. I also like the room as it is quite big and spacious.

The wifi is not working well. In my room, I couldn't get good wifi connection. It's a bit burdensome as I had to use wifi for works and I booked the hotel because I thought the wifi would be oke especially I did not find any comment about the wifi so I assumed it is in good place.

very Noisy around the hotel and there are cockroaches inside the suite room, I stayed for one night even though I paid three nights, I asked them to return the amount, but unfortunately it was refused. Absolutely bad experience. Even Booking didn't help me get my money back. you can see the cockroach 👇🏼👇🏼

A good hotel which feels special but has some faults

Very nicely designed hotel in Moroccan Arabic style impressive . Swimming pool and restaurant and bar on site . Some rooms have been modernised some not so need to be sure

Overpriced drinks . Being charged a tourist tax at end of stay a total surprise. Some Breakfast foods were unusual for English people. Building work going on near pool.

location was great, right in the heart of the modern part, yet walking distance to the old town (or cheep taxis!) bedrooms are nice and big, super comfy, huge beds! Can exchange money at reception and staff really helpful.

Really nice pool, good food in the restaurant, good drinks, very good quality-price. You can really relax

The shower doesn't have any protection, so everytime you go to take a bath, even if you try to be very careful you still have water all around the floor.
