EL HOTEL ES EXCELENTE, EL PERSONAL ,LAS HABITACIONES ,LAS INSTALACIONES Y LA COMIDA ,TODO DE 10. DISFRUTAMOS DEL SPA QUE OFRECE EL HOTEL Y ESTUVO GENIAL. LO RECOMIENDO 100%. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this place more!! Boyfriend says these were some of the best breakfasts he’s ever had in his life. We stayed in the private pool villa - it was just the best! Staff were super lovely & incredibly helpful!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooie kamer, mooi hotel en een mooi zwembad.

De hotel kamer was groot en mooi ingericht met ook een hele ruime badkamer. De omgeving bij het zwembad is erg mooi.

Het ontbijt viel wat tegen in vergelijking met andere hotels waar we overnacht hebben. Maar zeker niet slecht.

Fantastiskt poolområde. Sköna sängar. Fin service.

Låg lite off men vi hyrde skooter. Dock finns en shuttleservice tillgänglig. Fick bara en kopp kaffe till frukosten vilket var lite lite. Gymmet var lite litet och varmt.

Rummet luktade unket och fuktigt. Sängarna var inte alls bekväma och det kändes som att sängkläderna var fuktiga hela tiden. Väggarna i duschen hade behövt en storstädning.

Feels like a 4 star hotel

Good location, scenic views and only a short drive into the centre of Ubud. Very good breakfast selection which was included within the price which we found helpful. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating where they can be.

Limited activities and facilities offered which was disappointing - we enquired about three different activities advertised by the hotel which were not running for several reasons and no alternative provider/ activity was suggested. The gym is tiny with very little equipment. E-butler service is helpful but replies can be slow. Laundry service is priced per item which we were not advised beforehand so be wary of this. Bath/shower towels are not changed daily - we stayed for three nights and had only received a new set of hand towels. Shuttle service is limited to set hours so you will likely rely on taxis or your own transport.

My room was below the restaurant and you would hear chairs screeching in the tiled floor at all hours of the morning and night. It was also 30 min drive to ubud

Loved our stay, nice and very clean with wonderful staff

Accommodation was amazing, rooms are very clean and the bed was so big and comfortable! The staff are lovely! Has a great little gym and pool and great restaurant.

Not the greatest location as it’s a bit far from the main town/ shops and places to eat in Ubud.

not a 5 star hotel; maybe 3/4. bed sheets were not changed and because of humidity it became very wet during the days. humidity smell in the room; seems like AC was not cleaned for a while. Hotel staff was nice and helpful

Loved the private pool, peace and tranquility at this resort. The floating breakfast was the highlight. The resort restaurant had lovely authentic dinner options. Comfortable, spacious rooms with a AC and fan option. Would defiantly come back here again. The staff were very kind and helpful and attentive to us.

There was no netflix or prime options.

great hotel & would like to go back for another time

location of the property is well set up in a quiet valley yet with beautiful view from balcony. Enjoyed the options of breakfast provided each day, shuttle service to town & activities provided like yoga on site. Hotel staff is really helpful with every question.

my room is very close to kitchen so the noises from making cocktails, moving stuff with trolley etc were a bit disruptive if I want to sleep in.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Tanadewa Resort & Spa Ubud!

Credits where credits are due! We've been visiting Bali for years and stayed in several hotels/resorts around and in Ubud, and this one was by far the best. - The location of the hotel is not right in the Ubud centre but don't let that discourage you, it is just a short ride to the Ubud centre (the ride is not as long as shown on Google Maps), and you are away from the city noise, surrounded by beautiful nature. - Additionally, the hotel has a shuttle to the city centre a few times a day if you don't/can't drive or don't want to pay for/order transport. In our case, the staff helped us arrange a bike rental. - The staff is exceptionally thoughtful, very kind, polite, and always smiling, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that you are happy. They genuinely care about their guests. - You barely notice the presence of the housekeeping staff as they seem to do their best to be quiet in the hallways and when they clean the surrounding rooms - very appreciated. Fast room service. - The rooms are beautiful and spacious (much more than in the photos), the beds are comfortable, the bathroom has all the amenities you need, and the housekeeping is doing a great job keeping the rooms and hotel in general clean. - We really appreciated the solid soundproofing of the rooms - I am a light sleeper, and I slept well here. - Breakfast is yummy, and so are lunch/dinner meals. They also serve delicious cocktails/mocktails by the pool area and at the rooftop bar (both have fantastic valley views!) - The pool and the pool area are stunning! Beautiful views, a sufficient amount of sunbeds, and there's even a small reading corner with books to read on the upper pool deck. - We attended the complimentary morning yoga lesson, and it was great. We were pleasantly surprised. We've already booked another stay in a couple of days, which is, in our opinion, reasonable proof of how wonderful this resort is.

Very minor - maybe the closing time of the pool bar/restaurant could be a bit longer, now it's closing at 6pm.

We won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Ubud

The room was super clean and comfy! The staff was so sweet and quite accommodating! the location was perfect! I absolutely loved Augus! He checked us in and started our trip off in the best way :) If he hasn’t been promoted he certainly should be because he is the best!

Luxury Resort wonderful experience

They accommodated any requests we had with my husbands food intolerances. Went above and beyond to make him gluten free pancakes and bread!
