Great location in old town. Clean and roomy but a short hike to parking.

Convenient in old town close to restaurants and all the sites.

It stated there was parking but it’s not close to the room and we made it work but it was not convenient. Walking to the room you enter at the back of a restaurant so it’s a little weird but otherwise the room was great.

Appartement charmant au cœur d’Annecy

Une chambre avec beaucoup de cachet. Parfait pour 4 et idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Malgré l’ambiance le soir, pas de souci niveau bruit. Restos, glaciers, bonnes boulangeries à 2 pas. Accueil sympa, instructions claires, tout bon.

Très franchement, rien à signaler.

Charming apartment in centre of old Annecy

Location right in centre of old town, relatively quiet part of the street, charm of old exposed wooden beams and stonewalls, variety of lighting fixtures, nicely decorated, cleanliness and size of apartment, friendliness of staff,, roomy modern washroom and shower, easy self check-in.

Odour in the entranceway of building (not really the owner's fault) but it's fine once you're in the apartment, also some of the renovations weren't finished (ex/dishwasher was turned sideways and not useable, the cooking vent wasn't connected to any outside duct) but all these are temporary and didn't affect us whatsoever.

L'appartement est situé en plein centre du vieux Annecy, proche du lac et des activités.

Situé dans une rue où se trouvent beaucoup de bars et de restaurants, le soir l'endroit est très bruyant jusqu'à très tard.

Awful!

In old town.

Very hard to find. We asked 4 locals to help us find the place! It smelled terrible on the first floor. There were dust and cobwebs in the apartment. Old bedding. Extremely hot and air conditioner wasn’t vented to the outside. Very loud on the street till late at night. Food and opened wine left in refrigerator. It reminded me of a boy’s dormitory! Didn’t sleep all night due to heat and noise. Left first thing the next morning and asked owner to refund our second night reservation. He has not responded in any way since our departure.

Perfect position just in the heart of the old town. The apparthement is warm and cosy and the host very helpfull and kind sending a lost of precious informations . If you are planning to be in Annecy, Le Bucolique should be a prerequisite.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay, but a good AC would really make the most of this apartment

Great location in the Old Town. Basic but comfortable 'bolt hole' for us in Annecy during our trip. Owner was well organised, informative and unobtrusive.

It was a very hot night and there is no air-conditioning, just a fan. Limited ability to open the windows to let the cool air in, as the street is very busy with restaurant noise until late. Not necessarily a deal breaker but worth noting if booking for summer.

Absolutely central. Sexy old world charm with modern amenities.

Absolutely central location. We loved the old world style of the apartment. And the owner added a lot of little details like great lighting, upgraded electrical outlets and sexy/fun mirror. Plus, the bathroom was modern and nice.

As you would expect since it’s in the middle of Old Town, it can be noisy outside. If you close the windows it’s quiet.

A night in the throbbing heart of Annecy!

The apartment was in excellent condition and the host even arranged for an early check-in.

The walk from the parking was hard for a handicapped person. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not be opened because of the excessive street noise of happy visitors to this historic town.

Highly recommended if you want to stay in the heart of Annecy

The location was very good in a beautiful city. The intriguing ceiling is hundreds of years old.

We had to leave a day early because the French borders were shutting down in response to the virus.

Pleasant

The detailed instructions given by the host made our access to the apartment and parking of our car very easy and fast. The host was quick in answering our messages and requests. We had a problem with Wifi, and the host insisted on fixing it as soon as he could. The location was just perfect.

The cleanliness level was not acceptable, and we were really disappointed by that. The apartment was prepared for 2 people only whereas our reservation was for three.
