The house is very close to the sea about 350 meters from the beach with the beach name Baladrar in Benissa.

if you once in the house you like and want to stay longer we can reach an agreement with price, depending on how long you want to stay.

Honestly was the best family vacation we had ever! the house was everything and beyond. We love and enjoy many family time dinning "al fresco" at the outside barbecue kitchen area and enjoy the swimming pool everyday! the location is fantastic the house is huge and very well equipped ! just walking distance from few of the many coves that are near by. Also Jose, the owner and his father were very attentive and kind. We got many recommendations for the best Paella places around. My family and I had a very nice relaxing time enjoying the Mediterranean coast at Benissa, we highly recommend this place and we will repeat for sure!

The property had plenty of space both indoor and outdoor, with really well stocked kitchens. The outdoor kitchen was a great addition. There were a few bits that felt like it needed a bit of updating - where the pool tiles are lifting could start to cause a problem. There wasn’t air conditioning in one of the bedrooms (only a fan which was no use in the heat when we were there) and the listing states there is a double and king sized bed, although actually we only found one double bedded room and the rest were singles. We worked around everything, and generally Jose and his family were really nice, trying to help us with cabs (which we just couldn’t get) and bringing fruit some mornings. But we did have a bit of a situation mid way through the stay where Jose did get quite cross (could have been a mix up in translation) and talked about asking us to leave. This was in response to my saying I was disappointed that the sheets/towels were not being changed mid way through our two week stay and that an old coffee pot had cracked. His reaction at the time meant we didn’t feel we could raise anything else with him. We did recover from this and had a second good week, and he has offered to post back some jewellery that we left. The pool is bigger than the photos make it look and certainly enough for our 2 families to enjoy. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and good supermarkets short drive away. It was a pleasant stay despite a bit of drama.

The house is very well located near a small nice rocky beach and towns and restaurants are not far away (but you need a car). The restaurant at the beach is lovely and you can walk there (we also loved burgers at Dirty Burgers nearby). The house is very well equipped with a lot of bathrooms, 3 kitchens and has everything you need for a perfect holiday with a large family. Airconditioning in all the rooms and a really lovely outside kitchen, this was our favorite place for the long warm evenings. Jose is a very good host, helps with everything and was very responsive. The pool is bigger than it appears on the pictures, we enjoyed it!

Just got back from a 2 week stay in Benissa. There were 11 of us ranging from age 11 thru to 81. Weather was glorious, pool clean and tidy with lovely gardens, plenty of rooms for all and 3 kitchens. Made use of the bbq, pizza oven and paella hob during our stay. Jose was very accommodating, and kindly helped out with lifts to the supermarket and car hire. All in all a good holiday!

Maison non conforme au prix payé
la maison est vieille, pas vraiment entretenue, sent le renfermé et l'humidité.
Ustensiles de cuisine (poêles) non nettoyées, tiroirs cuisine poisseux, rideau de la baignoire complétement déchiré, moustiquaires déchirées donc attention aux piqures.
Tout est vieux et décrépi.

Maison avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances, propriétaire toujours disponible et surtout une cuisine d'été avec barbecue et réchaud gaz pour paella

Great villa
Loads of space, lovely pool the family were very helpful! They also turned up with fresh picked grapes from there Vines! Weather let us down a little but had plenty of space inside, so we were out if the storms!

La Villa est absolument parfaite.
La Villa est magnifique , très bien entretenue et très propre. Elle est encore mieux que ce qu'on pensait trouver en lisant l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très facilement joignable. Le cadre de vie est sublime et calme. La Villa est très bien équipée , il ne manque de rien.

Excellent holiday
We stayed for two weeks in August. We were two families (4 adults and 6 teenagers). The villa is spacious, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was big enough for all 6 teenagers to muck about in together and there are plenty of poolside loungers. Jose was helpful and friendly. Rubbish was collected every couple of days and the pool was cleaned. It was a five minute walk to the nearest beach, a beautiful cove with excellent snorkelling. The restaurant by the beach serves very good food at reasonable prices. There is a little cafe a couple of minutes walk where you can order fresh bread and pastries to take away. We definitely recommend and would stay there again.

La villa tiene 3 plantas, 2 cocinas todo bien equipado. Es ideal para familias con piscina privada. Servicio limpieza jardín piscina cada dos días. Toallas, sabanas y demás necesario está todo incluido. Supermercado cercano. Playa de cala de arena como 10minutos andando y 5 minutos cala playa de piedras y chiringuitos en playa. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes desde arriba de las playas.

MERCI de votre accueil,votre discrétion,votre disponibilité,merci pour vos petites attentions (les corbeilles de fruits déposées le matin ) Trés belle villa simple mais trés bien équipée,un BBQ un plat à paella géant avec son support,pleins d'ustensiles de cuisine,une terrasse superbe des petits coins pour lire ( sous les arbres ) pour jouer au ping pong,pour se baigner dans la piscine ou la fabuleuse crique à 300 m à pieds,3 salles de bain plus une exterieure .La literie est impeccable et la clim appréciable (sauf les deux chambres du bas ou les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisant par forte chaleur)

Très belles vacances
Avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa très agréable . Bon emplacement près des plages. Quartier calme . La maison n'est pas luxueuse mais très simple et fonctionnelle . Bien équipée . Très propre . Le supermarché est à deux mn en voiture . La terrasse extérieure est très sympa . Et puis le propriétaire José est vraiment très accueillant , très sympathique . Je recommande cette location . Nous y retournerons sans problème les yeux fermés . Juste rectifier dans le descriptif le nombre de salle de bain , il n'y en a pas 5 mais 3. Merci à José pour son accueil et ses petites attentions : ils nous a régalé avec ses fruits du jardin !! Très bon rapport qualité - prix

La maison était parfaite avec ses 3 salles de bain, ses grandes terrasses et son parking ombragé pouvant contenir au moins 3 voitures.
Promenade de 6.5km à flanc de falaise jusqu'à Calpe (juste l'aller) pour profiter des vues sublimes du peñon et se baigner sur la plage de sable fin de Calpe.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia en esta casa. Las instalaciones (piscina, mesa de ping pong, barbacoa, aparcamiento con sombra) y los servicios (Wifi, limpieza de la finca y la piscina), han colmado nuestras expectativas.
La proximidad a Calpe y a Moraira permiten disfrutar de playas familiares si las calas próximas no son lo que buscas.
Un centro comercial a menos de 5 minutos en coche para cubrir las necesidades de compras sin perder tiempo en desplazamientos.
Los dueños de la propiedad han estado siempre dispuestos a ayudar ante cualquier necesidad.
Un sitio al que volveremos sin duda.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana largo en esta fantástica villa con toda la familia. Todos hubiéramos deseado poder quedarnos más tiempo! La villa está equipada con todo lo necesario, e incluso más! Con espacio para varios coches, una magnífica piscina con ducha y un generoso espacio para que los niños jueguen tranquilamente.
Está muy cerca de un montón de diferentes calas, todas preciosas, y alguna a tan solo 5 minutos andando!
Además tengo que decir que el dueño es muy amable (Y su padre!) y nos ha ofrecido su ayuda desde el principio para cualquier cosa.
La recomendaría a cualquiera.

La plage de rocher est pas loin (pas idéal avec des enfants en bas age) mais il y aussi une petite plage de sable à 10 minutes de marche (attention à la route néanmoins). L''environnement est très joli et il y a bcp de jolies villes à voir autour.
Grande maison avec 2 entrées, 2 portails, et 3 étages, avec un rez de chaussée indépendant, (2 chambres, salle de bains-wc, salon et cuisine et terrasse extérieure donnant sur un grand parking) et un autre appartement au 2ème et 3ème étage avec chacun une salle de bain et 2 chambres (une terrasse privative en prime pour le 3ème, ce qui compense une des chambres plus petite). Un grand salon et par contre, une petite cuisine. Une grande terrasse extérieure accessible depuis le 2ème étage. Logement très propre, très grand et bien équipé (vaisselle, mobilier, TV, laverie, ...)! Une piscine sécurisée par une vraie barrière en fer forgé. Transats en nombre suffisant et grandes terrasses accueillantes. Les propriétaires qui vivent non loin, sont adorables et nous avons reçu un accueil formidable et chaleureux ...
