I took lots of pictures to document the lack of cleanliness in this unit:
All of the vents were black, the doors to the closets were filled with thick dust, so I refused to use the closets. The corners of the bunk bed were filthy dirty (close to where your child would lay their head). The ceiling fan in the living room was covered in dust. The floors were gross and our feet would be black in minutes if we didnt keep shoes on or wear socks! The master shower doors had thick black slimy gunk all around them. The master bedroom bed has big sags or divots in it. The dryer door on the inside is loaded with fuzz and lint even after you clean it. The secondary bedroom dresser had dirty drawers inside so I didnt use the dresser either. I also received some butes tgat I an still unclear as to what the bites are from. Bottom line is that this unit is filthy! This unit needs a deep, deep clean and I need a partial refund!

Waterscape is a lovely property in the perfect location. The resort is extremely family friendly for all ages. I took my great niece for her HS grad trip, her two besties since Kindergarten, and her two teenage sisters. The beach is beautiful and the beach service team is awesome with reserving and setting up the chairs/umbrellas. Our condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Working with our host, it was seamless regarding reservations, check-in, check-out, and perfect amenities. Overall it's really quiet inside the condo meaning we didn't hear the neighbors through the walls. I would suggest getting to the pool early, like 8am, to have any chairs for the day. Even though the policy is "no saving chairs," everyone saved chairs. We will definitely be back.

The room was clean and just as stated in description. The arm bands for pool are annoying but that's a resort deal. Master bed could use a new mattress. Everything was great overall and would come back to the same room in future.

This was our second year booking with coastal vibes in the same condo! We can't say enough great things about both. Our closet door was off the track and I sent an email on Saturday afternoon it didn't take 20 minutes for someone to be there and have it fixed for us. The condo is such a great location to the parking garage which makes carrying in luggage and groceries a breeze, the condo is clean and spacious with a beautiful view. We will see you next year!

When we arrived, our room was ready earlier than expected, so that was great! The condo was VERY clean and so was the resort itself. My family had a lot of fun hopping between the beach and pool most days to escape the HOT Florida sun in August. Thanks for having us :)

it was a great vacation. You need to get a broom with a dustpan and more toilet paper would of been nice. Overall, good place to stay.

We loved our stay. Without a car rental, Waterscape is a great location. There are several walkable shops and restaurants.
C303, first... The beds, after a day in the many pools and walking the beach, in was wondering to get into a very comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would have, would be a fold up highchair.
We are already checking our calendar for another trip there.

The condo was nice with comfortable beds. We appreciated the pack n play for our infant. It had a view of the splash area. It is close to the Publix or Winn-Dixie. The fridge had a water dispenser on the front and the ice machine worked great. The free beach service was nice as well.

We had found a few of the wash clothes stuffed way in the back of the vanity that was dirty, we had to look for them b/c between both bathrooms we only had 3 wash cloths. The bunk bed sheets were dirty. Lid of the trash can is very dirty

We were first timers to the Fort Walton / Destin area and I traveled with my husband and 6 yo daughter. This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so well decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were so nice! Spacious and welcoming vibe upon arrival. We loved the location as well. It was close to so many wonderful restaurants and only a few minutes from Destin for some more fun. Traveling in April it was so nice to have the heated pool!
I loved how when we needed something Coastal Vibes responded promptly and helped us out. They are very professional and easy to work with. We will be back to this area and will certainly book with Coastal Vibes again!

We stayed at Waterscape resort ~7 years ago on a ground floor unit. I think this latest stay in Oct 2022 was a superior experience. This unit felt larger than expected when we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got in. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, which was great because we like to make breakfast every morning and cook most nights. The location of the unit worked well for us, as it overlooked the splash pad and we have a 2 year old who loved to go down the slide. You can definitely see the ocean from the balcony, which is much nicer than the parking lot view we saw when previewing other units. Parking in the garage was about 20 feet from our door, so very easy to get out and drive 1 mile to Publix. Furniture and beds were nice and place was updated. The price was ~20% or so higher than other units that we looked at, but I think it was worth it for the good view, updated interior and convenient parking. This was late October, high 70's and sunny, so we had some concerns about cold pools. But one of the three pool areas is well-heated. The resort was very nice and clean, and I enjoyed having an early morning workout in the gym. David Jenn with Coastal Vibe Vacations quickly responded when we had a request and provided timely checkin/checkout info. Although we weren't able to take advantage, the unit was ready for us before check in time. All in all, a very nice last minute get-away for the family.

We have stayed at Waterscape the last two years and this was our first year in C303! Loved the condo, it was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, it was directly off the parking garage which made carrying luggage and grocery's in a breeze and it had a wonderful view of the splash pad but also high enough to be able to see the ocean as well. Also will mention the condo was ready a couple hours ready which was a very nice surprise after a 11 hour drive! We are already planning fall break next year!

We had the best stay here at this property! The condo was beautiful and more than enough room for our family! A perfect location, a very short walk to the beach, and our toddlers and teen sister had the best time at the pool and splash pad everyday! The condo was the perfect location with the front door located right outside where you park so a short distance to come and go! Would definitely come back and stay in this condo!

We absolutely loved Waterscape. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The pools were great, the lazy river was a huge hit, and having grills near the pools was a huge perk. Our kids were able play while we cooked. The condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. It was so easy to unload all of our luggage since the parking garage was steps away from the unit. We loved that we could walk to the pier and all the restaurants that were close by. AL's Beach club had delicious burgers and a great atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Bunk bed area was great for children. The barn door to close the area off for naps and bedtime provided a quiet space. Plenty of room on the balcony with seating. Easy parking for unloading. We would rent again.

Coastal Vibes Makes It A Breeze
Waterscape C303 is an amazing condo! Love being able to park right in front of the condo making it easy to carry your stuff to the condo. Water view!! The A/C was very cold! Coastal Vibe Vacations is amazing! I have used them a few times now and they make it so easy! Very good communication also. I called because I didn't see the new garage code in the email and David answered right away and gave me the code immediately by memory. Thank you!

We vacationed November 2021.
Coastal Vibe Vacations went above and beyond our expectations. We had seemless check-in and check-out. Prior to booking and during our stay, David as quick to respond to our questions and emails.
The resort is beautiful and C303 is in the center of it all. It has a nice view of the courtyard area. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It also has very close proximity to the garage (like right outside the door), so we could unload our stuff quickly and head to the beach.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning and booking through Coastal Vibe Vacations again. You guys are the best.

Wonderful Family Vaction
Although the weather was not the best for spring break and beach fun, the accommodations were top notch! The room was a great size for our family and was clean and presentable upon arrival. Everything was in working order. David made sure we had everything we needed before, during, and after our stay. Communication was exceptional throughout the booking and checkout as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. THANK YOU!!!

Nice unit! Great location!
Five stars! Waterscape is in a great location right in the heart of the action. Ocean front with three pools and a lazy river. Kids slash pad, heated pool and a zero entry pool. Lazy river was under maintenance while we visited but it would have been too chilly anyway. This unit was so easy bc you can park literally right by your door so it was not a hassle to get to your car, load bags etc. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We knew to bring our own beach towels but I wish we would have brought two per person. We just threw them in the dryer when we got home from the pool so they’d be ready for the hot tub that night. The complex is large but you can see the ocean from the balcony. It’s large with two loungers and a table and chairs.
The grills were cleaned every morning. We didn’t use them but lots of folks were cooking out. You can walk down to the pier via the beach. It’s $2 a person to walk on the pier. They rent rods and gear if you want to fish. Don’t miss the sunsets!
Super clean, nice kitchen, cozy and comfortable. No yuck factor at all and I am picky. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this unit.

A great fit for kids of all ages, as well as adults.
My family has stayed here twice; the time before this stay was 4 years ago. We always rent 2 units. The thing we like most about this resort are all of the pool choices and features. There is something for everyone and every age. We also appreciate its close proximity to a Publix grocery store.
Areas in need of improvement are; #1, an over all deep cleaning of the resort inside and out, as well as some maintenance work needed around the pool area. #2, Beds and bedding... It is time to replace and increase the quality of all of it. The bed pillows were completely flat! I did not look forward to getting into my bed at night, which was very disappointing. My daughter and her family stayed in a different unit and had similar observations, although their beds were in much better shape than ours.
Despite the areas in need of improvement, we've had a lot of fun here and have made memories to last a lifetime!

Perfect Location for Our Family
We had the best time staying at C303 at Waterscape! The condo was big enough for our family (4 adults, 3 kids) and was really clean upon arrival. The dining room light was broken so I emailed the property owners right away and they sent someone over within hours to come check it out. They had it fixed the next day while we were out by the pool. The resort style pool area was amazing and perfect for all the kids. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach which was convenient. The only downside to the condo was that the TVs didn’t have any streaming services like Netflix or Disney+. That would have come in handy for movie nights. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back for another visit.
