Superb

Fabulous accommodation, lovely to sit on the sofas and look out over the marina at the boats. Enjoyed watching the swans and 4 signets on the river. Easy walk into town or by the river. .

Perfect place to stay

Derby's Loft is a perfect stay, beautiful furnished, and in an amazing location. Already booked again for next year.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Very relaxing - helpful for hubby with Parkinson’s.

Availability of property to amenities -extremely good. Host extremely amiable and helpful.

Smaller cooking facilities ie dishes for two The Pyrex dishes were large for four let alone two. Other wise excellent.

Lovely property done out to a very high standard.

Beautifully presented and very comfortable

Nothing to dislike about the property but bring a torch to walk into the village at night.

Beautiful -I would definitely book again.

The views and the peace and quiet. Easy to walk into town.

A few minor issues that could easily have been checked and resolved before our stay.

Location. Space.

Very noisy floor. One tiny movement wakes everyone up. No hairdryer. Only one loo roll. No tea towel, etc. Not a problem if you’re staying for a week and pack everything but a 1-2 night stay is difficult as you don’t bring everything and we arrived late Friday night

very comfortable beautiful location

Location very close to train station and local shops. Beautiful view of the river and boats. Very clean and modern and comfortable

There was lots of cobwebs and spiders around the window areas and the front patio seating area. In the add it said that there would be a bottle of drink waiting, there was also a sign in a frame saying that there should have been a bottle but we never received one.
