Wonderful venue; feels like adult summer camp.

The venue is very scenic, cozy and serene.

The jacuzzi was just warm; needs to be hot and kept clean. Coffee urns in the mornings were not checked on to notice when they were empty or not hot.

Not quite as grand as advertised. View is amazing!

Couldn't do breakfast. Wasn't served until 1000 which is way too late for any adventurists looking to get outside.

Rooms were lacking power outlets and coffee makers. One spare receptacle was available for charging phones, etc. the others were tied up with lamps, fridge, tv, and cable box.

Best location in Grand Lake! Loved the staff and their friendliness towards our pup!! Had brunch there as well the portions were huge but so delicious!

Great Location, Summer Camp Feel

We loved the summer camp vibes of the property. The cabin we stayed in was a little snug, but it felt homey and we had everything we needed. The property was also very close to the Grand Lake downtown area and RMNP.

Perfect place for the perfect winner vacation

if you are wanting a Winter vacation there is no better spot you are literally in Rocky Mountain national Park! Very cozy bungalows. Check in process was a breeze everything was perfect

A lovely place, but we will not stay there again because lodge is not ADA compliant.

Our room was quite comfortable. The main lodge had a great fireplace where you could sit and enjoy it with companions.

We were shocked that the main lodge was not handicapped acceptable (3 stories, no elevator). There was a long ramp used to pull loads of food and other goods up to the back lodge doors, but no wheelchair access. Staff seemed to be ready to close up for the season (early October).

the main entrance was closed and it was not announced when booking . it killed my expectations of the place due to lack of information about that situation . also it made quite difficult to find the reception to do check in because of this reason .
