Every thing is fine but hospitality should be improved

Breakfast is ok but limited items are provided as compared to the budget of the Room.

Wonderful experience, ambience was cool and supportive staff.

I liked the commitment of the staff, they were extremely sensible. Everyone did there part properly. I misplaced my mobile inside hotel, checkout and on half way to my native. Staff were very generous in informing and couriering it to my address upon request. Honesty and accountability of staff is highly appreciable.

Water in Ooty on whole is a problem. Government can do something on creating filterbed tanks.

Not so pleasant stay here. Not value for the money.

Liked the breakfast. However, it was served after 8.40 am. Could have started breakfast at 7.30 at least

Hot water was not available in the evening. The room is very cold.

Not maintains well and not tidy

Provided room wasn’t clean and nor it’s not as we see in pictures. Plates were proved not even washed properly, we can see the wax clearly

Stay and Place is good, but not worth the price

There were no toiletries, had to waste 2 buckets of water to get one bucket of hot water.

Liked about the location of the hotel admist the shopping areas . Morning complimentary breakfast is good .

I was not given the room I booked for 2 adult and 2 kids . I booked a a Delux room at the 1st floor of the hotel building but I was given a small room at the ground floor close to the reception with no privacy as there was lot of noise from the people at reception . The Hot water was not working 24x7 as it was available only during early morning hours between 7-10am. There is no drinking water bottle given to us and we were asked to collect water from water dispenser kept nearby the reception area. We paid 3411Rs for the delux room but it's completely not worth at all. There is no kettle available at the room to prepare tea or coffee. The stay was not pleasant and I highly won't recommend for a family stay.

Rooms are small in size. Location is good. Services are not ok

As there is no restaurant facility except in the morning, occupant needs to go out for lunch or dinner. There is no room service even for coffee or tea.

Okay for a short stay.

Breakfast is served on the premises between 08:30 am and 10:00 am. (May be late by a few minutes; but not a moment earlier. Many customers staying on our dates found this timing inconvenient). Further, remember, unless you are among the first few, you will find the items – with already little options to select – ‘finished’ and will have to wait long for the replenishment or may have to opt for available ones.

Location is extremely difficult to find. Room costly. If you send query using booking.com message service, you will not get any response! The contact phone number given in the booking.com reservation confirmation (+91 9047553388), you will find the number not working/ not accessible. At railway station/ bus stand we found no one with any idea of where Westbury Road is. (If property gives the address in the booking confirmation as - from Ooty Bus stand/ railway station - via Mysore road and Hill Bunk with Landmark as JSS bus stop, it will be a lot better for first-time customers, especially using public transport.) There is bus connectivity from the stop opposite railway station to JSS stop, which we found out rather late. In the larger interest of intending customers, we put following points which may help in choosing or avoiding this property: • Opening and closing hours of the property: 06:00 am & 10:00 pm • You need not spend money on drinking water. You will get enough of Bisleri water. • Tea/coffee making facility is available. But, no spoon to mix milk powder, coffee powder, and sugar with boiling water. (Perhaps, the property thinks, for mixing these items with boiling water, no spoon is required.) If your finger is hot-proof, you can use it as a spoon. Else, find some other innovative way! • You have to sit on bed even for sipping coffee/tea. There is only one chair. • No eateries in the premises; nor any good ones nearby. • You can hardly keep clothes in order. Just two hangers (in double-room) with a storage space, length of which is not enough to hang even shirts (leave aside trousers) • Very uncomfortable bed; we got back-ache. • The tiles on room-floor and bathroom are slippery. If on barefoot and sole is wet, very likely to slip and fall. • There is a warning against washing clothes. So, bring enough number of garments (including inner ones)! • No more space here to write.

it was not a pleasant stay

location was okay

No room service at all , even for a cup of coffee we need to go out and at times Swiggy and zomato says the area is not serviceable, no person was available at night for emergency, when we tried to go to hospital at 3 am , doors was closed ,no person available.

over all it’s fine with good weather

hotel staff are not supportive on day 1 and when I said that will give bad reviews then they started to talk nicely which is not expected from them . They should be supportive and take responsibility which not the case

Stay was pleasant as the name shown; complementary Breakfast good with quantity and taste.

Cons was a little bit far from the Ooty bus stand. Toiletries were not good enough though you can't expect perfect everything; overall good for stay.
