Seulement pour la proximité du centre ville.

La proximité du centre ville, le château

1- la chasse d'eau fuie, on ne peut fermer le robinet d'arrêt : cassé. Manque 1 bouchon dans le lavabo. 2- 1 velux poignée cassée et 1 autre n'ouvre pas. 3- plaque de cuisson, moyen 4- la cafetière électrique, moyen, pas de prise de courant sur le plan de travail, il faut mettre la cafetière à terre pour la brancher. 5- fuite au niveau du lavabo ? Et j'en passe, avoir de la chance pour se garer pas trop loin et gratuitement. Bref, il est tant de faire des travaux de rénovation. Bon pour 1 étudiant, mais pas un meublé de tourisme. On n'en à pas pour son argent.

Après plus d'1 centaine de réservation booking, je n'ai jamais vu un tel désastre.

Aucune réponse des interlocuteurs aux différents messages en amont (ni par mail, ni via les différents numéros de portables communiqués). Quel désastre de découvrir une fois arrivé (et aucune réponse au contact) que la barre centrale du lit était cassée. À tel point que le pied de renfort n'y était plus et avait été rangé dans un des tiroirs du bureau. Très inconfortable car les lattes centrales n'arrêtaient pas de tomber dès le moindre mouvement. Nous avons fini par dormir avec le matelas au sol... Le matelas et les oreillers ne comportaient pas d'alèse de protection (inquiétant au niveau règlementation du respect des normes sanitaires). De même, il n'y avait plus de sèche-cheveux ; uniquement l'embout.

Une chambre de bonne améliorée.

L’emplacement. L’espace. C’est à peu près tout. Le studio est plus adapté à un.e étudiant.e qu’à un hébergement de tourisme. Il reste agréable tout de même.

Le manque de perspectives. Il n’y a que des velux sous les toits. C’est un peu triste. Deux des trois velux ne s’ouvrent plus. Un bouton de la plaque électrique est cassé. La cafetière mériterait d’être détartrée.

Disposer d'un accès à la clé plus proche de l'immeuble.

the location is great it is very close to city center

if you have allergy avoid it, since it’s an old residence with wooden rooftop, the heater was not working

Nice apartment for one person

It’s very hard to get respond from the staff, there was no hairdryer in the apartment, though hairdryer is written on their equipment list. I tried to call and text several times, no reply at all.

Very good

Great value, good location close to small market, laundry, bus stop, etc.

Communication with the hosts was less than satisfactory. Check-in instructions were not timely.

Only if you have no car and can use a phone to french speakers to find out why you're locked out!

The location was right in the centre.

The one hour wait outside the property in the rain, the numerous desperate phone calls to find out who was meant to be letting us in and where they were to people replying in French and the feeling of not knowing if we had a bed to sleep in for the night, plus the fact the parking was very hard to get and on the street.
