Horrible. Will never ever recommend anyone

Very rude behaviour of the owner towards tourists.Absolutely unfriendly. Bothered only about money. Zerodha facility.

Totally unprofessional in approach and not at all courteous. No basic facilities . Not worth .

Very worst owner

Such a worst owner.. always changes the price of property and demands more money he will cheat people with boathouse packages and other things.. he has shown us one boat house and gave the worst boat for high price and he is very cunning. and behavior is very rude. we reached there at midnight 1am and that time he started arguing with the different price and told us to leave the property after paying half amount. please dont opt this property

Eden Homestay - The best in Alleppey.

Well, what should i say about this Homestay. I'm not getting words. Firstly its location, it's hardly 30 seconds walk from Alleppey railway station. No need to take any public transport. Even the main beach is within few mins walking distance. It's a home away from home. Not even for a second you'll feel like you're staying in hotel or lodge. It's a home. You can treat it as your own home. Such a positive vibes you get as soon as you enter the building. Clean stairs, clean corridors, clean balcony everything is upto mark. It's open 24/7, so there's no boundation that you shouldn't return late night. Room is clean and Cosy. You get what you pay. Totally value for money. Now coming to the owner of this property. Sayanth.. He is such a friendly and jovial guy. Full of life. He take cares of each and every people staying in his property personally. He treats them as their family member. Such a positive and friendly guy he is. You'll definitely visit again once you stay here. Very very much recommended. Eden Homestay - The best in Alleppey.

Best stay ever

My stay at Eden homestay Alleppey exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing exceptional service, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Very close property to Alleppey beach and backwaters. Location was impressive and walking distance to Alleppey railway station.

Worst

I have paid extra money to the owner as demanded by him towards tax even though my total cost offered by Booking. Com includes taxes. No bill, entry in the register. No bathroom kids, towel, bucket, dust bin in the room. No drinking water No attenter

The should obey the comment made in the offer through on-line booking Towel, bucket, dust bin, bedsheet, drinking water are minimum requirements should be fulfilled

Good location close to alleppey railway station, Choose only if you're okay sleeping with lizards.

1.Room was very small. 2. 2 separate beds provided instead of 1 double bed. 3. Doesn't have washbasin in the room. 4. Lots of lizards and flies in the room. Pest control is not done.

The staff named Rinku was horrible. My mother is a CABG patient and this guy put off the light as soon as my mother started walking up the stairs. He was also very rude since morning. While returning from the beach in the evening, we found an auto rickshaw towards our hotel. As it stopped, I found Rinku in the auto rickshaw. While I told the driver about our destination, Rinku recognised us and started screaming "Po, Po" at the driver and the driver suddenly left without us.

The location was simply too good. Very near to Railway station. Very helpful stuff.

I had a fantastic experience at this beachfront property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good location and well connected backwaters contacts. The peaceful night from balcony was a great experience.

Cleaning was not that great. It need improvement.

Pleasant stay. Nice location

The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. Located very near the Railway station. Very quiet area. No noise at night. Got a peaceful sleep. The weather was very pleasant and the fan was good. Lots of local eateries nearby. Peaceful neighbourhood. Beach is close by.

Parking was a tight squeeze in the property. Open parking was available.

Pocket Friendly Homestay

I won't say this will give you a hotel like experience because as name indicates it's a Home Stay So just come and stay as you would live in your home with Beach on Side. Ac and non-Ac both rooms are there. Alappuzha Beach is just 5-7 minute walk away. Go do Fishing at the beach in evening. We spent 4 days here. It is very budget friendly.You can go out for walk at beach and there you can have your food at "Makson" Restaurant. Beer 🍻🍺 at "Harbour" in evening and walk on sand or sit and admire the ocean. Apart from this," (father -son duo is running this place) Sayanth(son), He is very friendly and very helpful in nature. He will make a good plan for you if you ask for advice moreover, they provide backwater Cruising and shikar boating at very reasonable price. I took some photos from my gallery and uploading here. If you really want to enjoy a beach then go to Marari Beach by 4 in the evening. It's just 30 minute drive from home stay. Take a scooter on rent and go for drive and explore the place. I did the same. 2-3 days are enough to explore this place. I did not explore churches or museum so no idea about it. And there is no Wifi here for now, don't know about the future. Though phone internet is working very fast as 5g towers are installed Everywhere.
