Sehr schöne Lage, nette Gastgeber, man hat alles was man braucht.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, man braucht weniger als 10Minuten, die Stadt zu erreichen und dazu ist noch die Lage sehr ruhig, mit kostenslosen Parklplätzen auf der Straße.

Ich kann nichts dazu sagen.

I would definitely recommend, very comfortable and the location was very good.

Quiet road, places to park the car, clean and tidy place, comfy and spacious, generally a good place to rest and just 5-10 min from Colmar old town on foot.

Wi-fi failed me a bit, I am afraid. It was good for occasional web browsing but when I sat down in the evening to do some work it kept disconnecting severing connection to the work servers so often that I had to stop.

Great confortable basement apartment with free parking and within walking distance of Little Venice

Great apartment with free parking on the street and within 5-10 min walk of Little Venice. Apartment had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Bed is in the kitchen as per the pictures but this actually didn't feel weird as it sounded. The host was very friendly.

Clean,spacious, good location but we won’t be back

Location was very good, apartment was spacious and clean & we were lucky to park close to by.

The side entry and backyard was a mess. Weeds a metre high, no care at all. With the apartment being the basement it was quite dark and musty. You do need the lights on (as in photos). All communication via messages, not very personal at all. Took a while to work out the cooktop. AND the plumbing is very noisy, also can hear people walking on the stairs. I didn’t feel comfortable and would be looking elsewhere for future visits.

Very good

The flat is spacious, located at the border of old Town, in a half basement, and is cool in the summer. Location very good:10 mins walk to little Venice, quiet, easy parking, 10mins walk to super-U supermarket. Spacious, separated two large rooms, and a separated bathroom. The kitchen functions well, even with coffee machine and coffee pads. There is also washing machine and detergent. The apartment is very suitable for a family of 4, or even more.

The is no place to put shampoo when bathing. The bath is not water proof.

Very good

It is easy to find a parking place for free at the street while being at walking distance from the center. The beds are really comfortable. It is very spacious. It has a large screen TV. Bath towels were soft.

Due to the fact that the place is located at the basement of a house, the temperature was a bit coldish. Colder than outside (we were there in June). But the beds had comfy duvets, so it was fine to sleep.

Very comfortable place. This is actually apartment in sous sol of the house. Inside you will find everything necessary! The house is located in the quiet street on the walking distance from old town - 10 min as pedestrian. The hosts are very polite people! Recommend this place!

Lovely, relaxing stay.

Very well decorated, clean, practical. You felt you had a lot of privacy. Only a 10 min walk away from the centre in a nice residential area. Charming house with character. It's perfect for a short stay. The kitchen is in the bedroom so just ok to have a coffee and breakfast.

Great value for money, perfect location to visit Colmar, central and quiet, parking easily found on the streets outside. Easy check-in. I would choose it anytime

Nothing. To be picky the toilet, which are huge, clean and modern, but also slightly smelly
